  We recently purchased an upstairs HVAC system from Loving Air, and from start to finish, the experience was impressive. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and transparent. He walked us through several options and explained what would work best for the layout of our home. They scheduled us as quickly as possible and were even able to move our installation up, which we greatly appreciated because our existing system was failing during temperatures in the 100s. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, had everything they needed, and completed the installation professionally and efficiently. They were courteous, respectful of our home, and barely noticeable while they worked. About a month later, we noticed the system was struggling to keep the upstairs below 75°F on days when the outside temperature was above 90°F. After purchasing a brand new system, I was understandably concerned and reached out to Loving Air. I’ll also admit that I probably could have approached them a little less grumpy — that part is on me. What happened next is what really impressed me. They were at our house FIRST THING the next morning, troubleshooting the system and working to make everything right. There was no arguing, no excuses, and no attempt to brush off my concerns. They simply identified the issues and FIXED them like true professionals. That level of responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity says a lot about a company. Anyone can make a sale, what MATTERS to me is how a company responds when something needs attention afterward. Loving Air absolutely earned my trust, and they have earned a customer moving forward. Thank you for standing behind your work and taking care of us.
