  Well our little escapee has done it again 🤦🏼‍♀️ Alvin managed to get into the garage last night & we discovered around 2 am he was stuck in the hvac. Our first & only thought was to call Kasper Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning. At 8am they said someone would be here around 12 at 10am they were here & ready to save our guy. I want to thank Teddy & Nathan for their quick & caring work to get this guy out. There’s many reasons why we love Kasper but this is just another one that shows us how much they care about their customers. We will be in business with them for life! Thank you guys so much for saving our Houdini!!

  Kasper Mechanical did a great job servicing my dryer vent and also taking care of the Hummer box underneath the vent in the crawl space. They were professional, thorough, and made sure everything was properly checked and cleaned. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they took the time to address the issue in the crawl space as well. The work was completed efficiently, and everything looks much better now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent or ventilation work done.

  Kasper was very attentive to my needs in getting a new ac unit replaced. Jacob sent a technician out the next day to confirm the leak I had in the system. Jacob came out at my earliest convenience to explain the install process, and what parts were needed specifically. They are a very honey company to work with, and they have a customer for life now. Don’t hesitate to work with Kasper Mechanical!

  I recently started having issues with my old HVAC system and so I started shopping around for a good HVAC company. I contacted 5 local companies when a neighbor recommended that I give Kasper Mechanical a shot. They were the only company that recommended trying to first fix my current system rather that immediately giving me a $15k+ quote for a full replacement. Within the week they sent out a technician named Sean who clearly knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it did require a replacement but their sales guy Jacob was super helpful and gave us several options to choose from and even was willing to beat a lower quote that I had received from another company and with a better warranty. I would 100% recommend Kasper Mechanical to anyone in need of HVAC services!!!

  we paid $245 just for them to come out and top off our HVAC with 1lb of refrigerant- & no leak check :( we were told by another company that there was a leak in our HVAC so we called Kasper Mechanical to double-check and fix it. They told us that the refrigerant was low but not low enough to warrant a leak and explained it might be low bc the HVAC loses some refrigerant every time mechanics put on their gauges. our HVAC is only 4 years old so that was a little bit interesting to hear. their solution was to top off the refrigerant with 1lb of the R410 for $150. i did a little bit of research and found that the normal charging rate for only 1lb is $40-85 at most. Kasper Mechanical did not end up doing a leak check because they told us leak checks cost $500-600. Again, I double checked that and even called another HVAC company and found out leak checks cost $100-300 at MOST. The HVAC company I called told me they would charge $125 to come out, do a leak check, and other diagnostics. Kasper Mechanical charged us $150 just for refrigerant, no leak check, and another $95 for just coming out (a little more understandable but still pricey). The Kasper Mechanical guys seemed personable, but when I inquired about their pricing they were unable to give me a clear answer as to why their prices were vastly different, giving me answers like “prices change every year”
