  When my thermostat went black, and my home felt like it was 100 degrees when i walked into my home from work at 7pm, during the hottest week of the summer so far, I desperately searched for a 24 hour HVAC company. I came across Kasper, they were so kind and professional from the beginning. They were able to get a tech out within 2 hours! The issue thankfully minor was fixed within 15 minutes, and the tech Sean was so knowledgeable and kind, he did some readings and let me know he was concerned about some of the levels my HVAC was showing, however, and told me to call the office the next morning to ask that he come back out to make sure after the system running all night that it was ok. I did so and he came the next morning first thing. All was well! I appreciate his concern and dedication to making sure the system was performing as it needed to be and his follow up. We immediately signed up for Kaspers HVAC preventative maintenance plan as we had such a great experience!

  Our heat pump needed some kind of fix every 4-6 months and was not very efficient. My regular repair guy was reliable and priced fair. He said i should look into replacing it as the service life was about over. I asked for three prices from three different companies. I was surprised to use Kasper. They were my third quote. The salesman came to the house with a very slick presentation. His binder showed pictures of the items they would replace--basically everything from the electrical box to the lines running between the units and even the drain pump and thermostat. Prices started at 25k, but the salesman quickly realized I was looking for a Chevy rather than a Cadillac. His base model was well above my lower quote. I thanked him for his time and got the equivalent of this respose: "Where do I need to be to make this happen?" He beat my lowest quote and promised that the installers would be there the next morning. They showed up, clean and polite and installed everything as promised. I noticed a lot of leaking condensation an hour later, called the office and the same two guys showed back up the same day to adjust the angle of the crawlspace unit to fix it. Done and dusted within 24 hours of getting my quote. I don't doubt that they will show up as promised if I have any issues. The difference in cooling was very noticeable. The unit cools much faster than the old one. So get several prices, negotiate, and get written confirmation of the final agreement. I'd recommend Kasper to friends and neighbors. Thanks guys!

  LOVE LOVE LOVE this COMPANY and the PEOPLE in it. We’ve used Kasper Mechanical since we’ve moved to VA about 4 years ago and I could never tell you enough how amazing they are. They are personable, consistent and reliable. Our realtor told us that in VA it is hard to find contractors that you want to keep. And he was right. We’ve had companies do shotty work, ghost us, or are just plain overpriced. But Kasper has never felt like that. They’ve felt like family. Most times the same person is coming to our house each time a job needs to be done. So you build a relationship with them and feel comfortable. Our guy is Mike. And when he comes over we can get our problems fixed, he knowledgeable on the products he’s inspecting or installing. He answers our questions like he’s built the machines himself. And he’s not standoffish. None of them are. I have young kids, and Mike will pass a toy car back and forth across the room with my son while explaining the situation to me for my current problem. And I love that! All the members of Kasper have felt that way. Which is why we would never leave them.

  I highly recommend Kasper Mechanical for all of your HVAC needs. Sean came out today for our annual HVAC maintenance appointment and provided exceptional service. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was professional and courteous throughout the visit, and performed a very thorough inspection of our system. What impressed me most was the detailed written report he provided afterward, documenting everything he checked and the condition of the system. Having that level of documentation is incredibly helpful for maintenance records and peace of mind. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC company with knowledgeable technicians who take the time to do the job right, Kasper Mechanical is an excellent choice.

  Outstanding Service from Charlie Lewis at Kasper Mechanical I had a major issue with my HVAC system when I discovered a large amount of water leaking onto the floor around the unit. After calling Kasper Mechanical, technician Charlie Lewis responded quickly and was able to come out almost immediately. From the moment he arrived, Charlie went straight to work and quickly diagnosed the problem. He identified a faulty drain pipe along with severely dirty coils that were causing the leak. He thoroughly explained the issues, recommended the necessary repairs, and promptly replaced everything that needed attention. What really impressed me was Charlie's attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. He went above and beyond by redesigning the drain pipe layout so it would no longer interfere with removing and replacing the HVAC filter. It's clear he wasn't just focused on fixing the immediate problem, he was thinking ahead to make future maintenance easier and more convenient. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took pride in his work. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend Kasper Mechanical and Charlie Lewis to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs.
