  This was the second time that we have used Kasper for and HVAC issue. Out AC stopped working and they were able to send technicians out the same day and managed to address the issue. Jon B and his colleague were very professional and explained the issue and the repair. On top of the great work, Jon and his colleague were kind and answered all of my questions. It was not an easy repair and they took the time to ensure that everything was functioning well before they left and followed up the next day too. We now have a service contract with them. I'd highly recommend Kasper and Jon B especially.

  I’ve used Kasper for all HVAC related issues that I’ve had in the past 10 years… they are great and that’s why I don’t go anywhere else. Their techs have always been, friendly, kind, and professional. They treat me like a person and not a piggy bank to be broken into. Their tech Mike has been the face of the company for me. He is the tech I seem to get assigned and I’m okay with that! He’s thorough, he’s professional and respectful. He always takes the time to make sure we understand what’s going on and I’ve never seen him use anything close to a pressure tactic sale. All in all I’d say they are a wonderful local HVAC company and I highly recommend them!

  Our old dual-zone Carrier system was about to turn 30 years old next year, and we knew it was finally time to replace it. But being such a large expense, a major concern we had was finding a reputable HVAC company who would not only do the job right, but also give us peace of mind in the event anything went wrong in the future. Enter Kasper Mechanical. These guys are topnotch and went above and beyond from the very first visit. Jake didn't just come out and start in with a sales pitch, like other local companies we've dealt with. He actually took his time over two separate visits to look over our entire house and make suggestions to address the trouble spots we always had with the old system. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was enthusiastic about his work, which I've learned is usually a good sign you've got the right guys! The installation happened the following week, and went great! Cody and his team of installers were extremely professional and knocked out both zones in a day, then came back the day after to install a mini-split for an addition. Their work was impeccable.(I've never seen such clean looking line sets in all my life!) After the install, we had what we thought was a slight issue with one of the zones not dehumidifying properly, so I called Kasper. Cody was back out the next day to take a look. As it turned out, it was my fault! I had the thermostat on the wrong setting (going from a manual 30-year-old thermostat to a fancy digital one takes some getting used to). But Cody was gracious about it and gave me some pointers and things have been running great since. And with their 10-year maintenance plan, it should stay that way for a very long time! All-in-all, I would definitely recommend Kasper to anyone in the Fredericksburg area looking for a great HVAC company. There may be cheaper options out there, but peace of mind is worth more to me than saving a few bucks.

  Great service and an honest diagnostic service call. I can’t say enough great things about Charlie, the technician that came out today due to a tenant concern regarding the humidity levels in our rental.Charlie did his diagnostic work and determined the unit is functioning properly. He made recommendations to the tenant and us (the owners) regarding their usage and lifestyle. He was honest and forthcoming. I am appreciative that he didn’t try to upsell us a product or tell us something was wrong when there wasn’t a problem with the system. We had Kasper install this unit new in 2022 and use them for our rental needs as well as at our personal residence. If you’re not using Kasper Mechanical you’re missing out. Fair pricing, prompt and friendly customer service response and scheduling and most importantly, integrity!

  Charlie immediately got to work and within minutes, he identified the problem - the EZ Trap was clogged. He poured some hot water into the system to clear it out. He conducted a test at 2 locations to ensure sufficient cool air was coming out of the vents. He showed me the results and explained the significance of the number and all indications were the system was back to normal. Charlie asked me if I was interested in a maintenance/service agreement. Coincidentally I had planned to ask him about one. I decided to sign up. I had one at my previous residence. Kasper Mechanical will come twice a year to maintain the units. There are other benefits to the agreement. Charlie’s demeanor was professional and personable. Based on his actions it was apparent he was confident and knowledgeable in his trade. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.
