The man that came out to my property on Monday the 31st did his due diligence and was very communicative. In fact, when it was thought that I DID have a bad experience I was checked up on promptly.

Fast forward, paid $200 for them to inspect the dehumidifier (inspect wasn’t under warranty I guess), and instead told us the foundation needs leveling…wasn’t even what I called for and was something they could’ve checked when they originally did work 4 years ago in the crawlspace. Spent $200 for an “inspect” aka new service. 👌 Scored 2 because they did the encapsulation and honored original price match agreement. Disappointed in everything else.
