Greg and his team stripped our original floors, removed carpet in the hall replacing it with hardwood and blended it seamlesly with our existing foors and then stained and finished them all. They are beautiful! He was easy to work with, professional at all levels, communicates exceptionally well and wants the customer happy with the job. They also laid LVP in my laundry room and guest bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This guy was incredibly rude & arrogant. He came unprepared, no samples, not so much as a book with floor colors… understandably there are many colors but a general overview of possible colors and pricing and an explanation of types of flooring would have been ideal for this consult. This guy really didn’t want me to come to the office to show them what color, but advised his dad said he would wait. This guy was just rude. I accidentally said restoration company said the “toe tap” in the kitchen may need replaced. He just looked at me like I had three heads and said what??? I sad the area below the cabinets, he said rudely that’s the “toe kick”. I think he thought I have a background in construction… sir I do not. I feel like if I did I would realize what someone is referring to if they said toe tap. At any rate he did not but should try not being rude about it he just said I don’t know about that. I said I don’t either but the restoration company and the ins agent just said it may need to be replaced. I do not recommend this guy at all. Hard to believe this guy is the face of his fathers business and is so rude. Good thing they are not a monopoly!

Greg and his team did an absolutely amazing job on our floors, they are beautiful. They were so fast and immensely helpful talking through the process with us and being available to answer all of our questions! Greg even spotted a termite issue we didn’t know we had which saved us lots of chaos and money in the long run. They have been fantastic to work with and so fairly priced, I can’t recommend them enough.

I think I have left only two reviews in my lifetime, but feel compelled to leave my third one here: Greg and his crew were efficient, professional, considerate; the demolition of the rotted flooring was so cleanly executed; the laying, staining, and sealing of the new boards and trims flawless. I cannot recommend Fredericksburg Hardwood Flooring enough!
