The company was very quick to come repair my garage door after I called to report the lift spring broke. The technician, JJ, was very courteous, professional, and efficient. I decided to replace both garage door opener shafts and springs, and JJ was done in less than 2 hours. Very pleased.

Our technician Cannan was prompt and professional. He took the time to show us what to maintain with our door and when. Cannan was knowledgeable about the process and everything was agreed before the service began. We would recommend A1 and Cannan to our friends and family. Thank you A1 team Jeff & Glenda Adams

I’m very satisfied with my experience with A1 Door Company. I contacted them around 8:00 in the morning, and the technician arrived around 9:30, so the response time was very fast. I also really appreciated the quick communication and the real-time text updates letting me know what was happening and when the technician was on the way. A company can have a great reputation, but as a customer, the technician is the person we actually meet and communicate with, so in many ways the technician represents the company. Cannan Bonney did an excellent job. He was very thorough, carefully inspected everything, and took the time to check several different parts of the garage door system. He explained the problem clearly and made sure everything was working properly before he finished. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I really appreciated how carefully he handled everything. I would definitely recommend Cannan Bonney and A1 Door Company.

I don’t know how this could have gone smoother. First, JJ L. the technician arrived at our house when promised. He was professional in everything he did. He answered all of my questions, showed me the proper way to lubricate my garage door. He obviously knew what he was doing because the repair went fast and smooth. When he was done with the repair, he went above and beyond by giving my garage door opener a quick service/alignment. My only regret is that I can only give him five stars. I would highly recommend A1 for your garage door needs. And when you use them, maybe you’ll get lucky and have JJ L. as your service tech, (although I’m sure all of their techs are great.)

I woke up this morning to our garage door not closing when my husband left for work. I called and they could come out within 2 hours. JJ was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave me estimates for options, and let me decide what I wanted without pressure. He left a sticker with the company info so I can contact them easily if needed again. I love how smooth and quiet my garage door is now. Would definitely recommend A-1 Doors!
