  J.J. Leclerc did a phenomenal job. His task was made more difficult by all of the extraneous stuff he had to work around. That said, he was the consummate professional from start to finish. Gave a thorough review of his work at the end.

  A1 was quick in replying to all messages, offered a military discount and even though I was given a 2 hour window, I was always sent a text to let me know the technician was on his way. My technician Cannan was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

  Moved into a new house and started having issues with the garage door. Called A1 and they were out the very next day. Worked with JJ — he was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He quickly fixed the issue and made the whole process easy. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend A1 and JJ!

  JJ was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, and clearly explained the problem with our garage door and recommended the needed repair without pressure. He completed the job quickly and I am thrilled to have my car back in the garage tonight.

  Greg Collins and Brandon were great. They arrived on time (calling ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival) and did a fantastic job installing the door. Their attention to detail was impeccable and the installed door is not only beautiful, but very quiet and a major improvement over the previous garage door. They explained the features of the new opener very well and we couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. In addition, I'd like to mention that JJ who did the initial consultation and helped me select a door, as well as Steve who consulted with me regarding a concern I had with an issue with the door jamb just prior to the installation were also both great-very knowledgable and helpful. They have a great team and this was a good experience. I would definitely call on them again!
