  My garage door spring and cable broke last night. Checking within my community, the number one recommended company was A1. I called first this morning expecting it to be a couble days. A1 had an appointment for me for before noon. As promised, the A1 truck pulled in well before noon. Within minutes, J.J., the technician, diagnosed the problem, advised me the options for repair and gave me an immediate, all inclusive quote on the spot. The price was very reasonable. J.J. set to work, completed the job within a couple hours and my garage door works better than ever. J.J. was super to work with and showed his skill.   JJ arrived at 4:34 pm which is 11minutes before the time and I appreciate that service. He was courteous, respectuous, professional, and he knows well his trade. His diagnostic was exact and solved my garage door problem fast. I appreciate his input and I would want to deal with him all the time. I am happy he was the one who came to help me and I will definitely ask for his help when I need to change the motor of my garage door very soon.   Cannan Bonney responded to my residence to determine why my 20+ year old garage door opener would not remain closed. He attempted to adjust the controls. The control adjustments had broken and the unit needed to be replaced. Cannan showed me options and replaced the system. Within an hour, the job was complete. Good job!

  Cannon arrived at 8:30 am, explained what issue was and quoted price for repair. Fixed it quickly but thoroughly and let me try everything out before I paid. Very personable and conscientious. Thank you for sending him - my experience was delightful!

  Welp, I accidentally backed into my garage door before it fully opened and thought I had done extreme damage. In a panic I called the first number that popped up when I goggled "Garage repair company." Thankfully it was A1 Door Company and a technician was in the area and able to come out within 20 minutes. The technician took one look and told me what I NEEDED TO HEAR, "The damage is minimal!!!" He replaced the trim, which was old, and knocked out a dent annnnd WALLLLAH, everything was repaired!!!! Looks like nothing ever happened. I will DEFINITELY recommend the company and technician. He was wonderful, informative and VERY professional!!!!
