  Words cannot describe how pleased we are with the courtesy, service and workmanship exhibited by Toby, Dillan, Karson and Danny. They identified the issues with our foundation and thoroughly explained all of the work that was needed and the options to complete the job. During the work an issue was identified. They immediately brought the issue to our attention and explained various options available to effect a solution. Throughout the process they encouraged us to view and witness the work in progress allowing us to take pictures and ask questions when necessary. When the work was complete they explained what had been done. Provided documentation to support the explanation and cleaned up the site. We will be providing recommendations to our neighbors, encouraging them to contact Fortress if they have any questions about their foundations.

  I needed some concrete drive repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions. Although we were two plus hours away they sent Joe (sales rep) for a free estimate. Joe was not a high pressure sales person just straight forward and honest. After taking time to decide, I recontacted them and moved forward with the repair. I could not have been happier. The two men work crew, Tim and Alex did the repair. They did an excellent job as if they were working on their own property. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

  Very pleased with the work they did at our new home. We had a mold problem in crawlspace and foundation needed support where walls in basement were pushing in. All persons involved were exceptionally professional and courteous. From the “dig out crew” led by Jeff Drinkard to the rest of the crew: Toby, Karston, Dillian, and Tyler, Daniel, and Lumpy, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend their services.

  I am very pleased with my work. Scott explained everything in detail when he came to do the estimate and created a plan that was suited to my issue and house location. Copeland, Ricky and Jeremy did an excellent job installing my basement waterproofing system. Cope was willing to answer all of my questions the day of. The team also was very neat, they even were able to put the grass back over where they dug the trench. They did everything that was promised and explained to me how the system worked.

  Great company with clear communication, tidy worksite and knowledgable staff! We have an unreinforced stone wall beside our driveway that was leaning in the wrong direction. Fortress Foundation Solutions had an engineer come out and inspect and come up with a plan to stop the movement of the wall. It was never going back to the original location without replacing the wall. The plates aren't the most aesthetically pleasing things to look at, but that is better than a collapsed wall! The on-site crew of Tyler, Daniel, and Dameer were awesome to work with and kept me informed about the steps they were taking. Very efficient! Highly recommended!
