  We went with Fortress because they offered the most comprehensive plan to fix our foundation completely, not just a part of it. This kind of work isn't cheap but we figured if we were going to do it at all, we'd do everything and do it right, then never worry again. Caleb was always helpful and communicative throughout the process, and the team that came out (Tyler, Daniel and Lump) were professional and answered every question we had. Due to what they found in the ground they had to change part of the plan at one point; Tyler was very communicative with us and was able to make changes to the work order the same day, so they could carry on essentially without interruption. When the city inspector came to look at the push piers they'd installed, his exact words were that they did a textbook job, couldn't be better. My wife and I were very happy with how they treated us and how they did the job. If you want things done right, you should consider this company.

  Fortress foundation did an excellent job with the basement wall at my mother’s home. All were very professional and well mannered. Caleb came out did the estimate and the team led by Warren and his men Devin and Logan did a great job. Thank you Fortress Foundation.

  Cope and his crew Jeremy, K'Nell and Ricky were amazing! They were very professional, fast, and friendly. They communicated progress throughout the project and explained everything when it was complete as well! Which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using this company again in the future for any further issues.

  Brandon came out and gave me some great ideas for my crawlspace. I haven't made the final decision as how I'm going to proceed but I'll definitely keep Fortress in mind for my sagging floor issues. They were friendly, professional, didn't try to upsell me repairs that I don't need, and didn't make me feel stupid as a woman seeking home repairs. (Single women out there might understand what I mean.) Super appreciated!!! Thank you Fortress!!

  Fabulous experience! Right from the start the service we received was excellent. Brandon C. visited our home for the inspection and presented solutions. He was patient with all of our questions that day and over the next few days as we made our final decision. Our repair was scheduled quickly and the team led by Nathan O. arrived on time, kept me updated as the day went on, reviewed the project and left the work area clean. Should we require any future services that Fortress Foundation provides, we will definitely be calling and requesting the team of Nathan O., Dakota W, and Jamal.
