  Michael & Son were wonderful! We had a leaking pipe and they sent a tech out within a few hours. The csr who scheduled the appointment, LeClaire was very nice, compassionate, and super helpful. James the tech knew his stuff and stuck around to talk for a little bit afterwards. I can't recommend Michael &Son enough!

  Tech Anderson was very informative and helpful!! He identified an issue that previous plumbing company missed just weeks earlier. Upfront and honest with issue.

  Scarlet was excellent. She performed a very through inspection and presented us with with several well explained recommendations. She was very knowledgeable. Her personality was delightful. I am confident she will perform quality work on any job she is assigned.

  I had my plumbing inspection today with Michael & Sons and it was discovered that my outside water faucet in the front was leaking which I confirmed. Scarlett informed me that the washers needed to be replaced from time to time to fix the leaking. I had previously tightened the screws thinking that was the solution. She subsequently got the parts and was able to fix my leaking faucet. I was very happy with her expertise and quick remedy to resolving my problem. Not to mention the amount of water I wasting monthly from a leaky faucet.

  Anderson did an absolutely fantastic job helping us with a clogged drain that had caused a flood in our basement. We had previously had others attempt to address the issue without success, so we were extremely grateful when Anderson was able to identify the problem and successfully clear the drain. What stood out most was Anderson’s flexibility and willingness to work with us during what was already a stressful situation. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what he was doing, and make sure the problem was properly resolved rather than simply providing a temporary fix. Anderson also went above and beyond by providing helpful preventative maintenance recommendations and explaining what we could do to help prevent another issue in the future. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference. We greatly appreciate everything Anderson did for us and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service. He provided exceptional customer service and went the extra mile when we needed it most!
