  Luis was very professional, I appreciated him ask questions before he started working. The whole time during the inspection he was explaining what he was seeing. Showing pictures of what he was finding and making recommendations. Overall excellent service couldn't be happier.

  This is the first time I’ve had a technician at my home and to my surprise he was very respectful and knowledgeable. I have not had a service performed at this time but I definitely look forward to Joshua Carstea coming back to perform the quoted service. If this is how Michael and Son operates then I will gladly use them and give them some references. Think you Josh!

  Daniel is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful person. He has a great attitude and always takes the time to answer every question patiently and clearly. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help make working with him a very positive experience. I truly appreciate his excellent support and communication.

  I’m honestly so happy with the work that was done by Josh. I was having issues with my lights and outlets, and it was becoming really frustrating not being able to properly see in my room. Everything was fixed professionally, and now I can finally see in my room the way I’m supposed to — and it honestly looks amazing. Josh was efficient, respectful, and the service worth the investment. It may not have been the cheapest fix, but the quality of the work made it completely worth it. Everything is working perfectly now, and I’m genuinely so proud and excited about how everything turned out. Thank you again!

  Brian was a great tech, he was professional and patiently explained what he was doing and what I needed to do for ongoing maintenance of my hot water heater. Also, Donald came earlier to check on a toilet issue and he was great explaining how the system worked and what I need to do going forward. He even helped me sign up for the M&S Annual plan which will save me money over time.
