  Mr. Donald Monroe was beyond professional. The gentleman knew exactly how to tackle the problem. Efficiently with a hundred percent guarantee. I wish our local plumbing contractors would have then courteous enough to answer our call. However, I am more than grateful to mister monroe and michael and son's plumbing. Not sure how much they pay mister donald monroe, but the man deserves a raise

  I had an outstanding experience with Michael & Son Services for a new water heater installation. From the start, Brian, was knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed upfront estimate explaining the exact problem and parts needed. During the installation, he ran into a few small issues but worked through them patiently. He refused to leave until everything was completed perfectly and working smoothly. Brian was kind, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Everything is running great - I highly recommend them.

  Called Michael and Sons because we had an issue with our newly purchased Laundry Tub. We couldn’t install it because we needed new shutoff valves and drainage pipes which were beyond my expertise. Eric, arrived diagnosed the fix with a reasonable quote. He installed the Tub, shutoff valves and drainage pipes very quickly and professionally. We’re highly satisfied and recommend Michael and Sons for all of your HVAV, Plumbing or Electrical needs.

  Brian Jurkowski went above and beyond replacing my water heater. The tank ruptured late and night and was causing a flood in the basement of my townhouse and the adjoining one. He disconnected the water from the tank to the mainline of the house so that my renters would still have access to water and replaced the special-order tank the next day. Because of the age of the unit, HVAC work also had to be completed and Brian handled all of the coordination for me. I am very grateful for all of the work he did.

  My water heater finally decided to rest in peace after a faithful voyage and had to make a last minute call. Was able to get support the very next day and I'm very grateful they sent Sam. He was able to quickly swap out the old unit with a new one and replace the copper piping without any issue whatsoever. Saved me time and peace of mind as he explained some of the limitations with my current Cpvc setup. Looking forward to reaching out for future plumbing needs for this quality level of experience and highly recommend contacting the company. Now the pricing may not fit everyone's budget but I do appreciate they work with people be it breaking up the job as practical as possible or a payment plan. So there are options for anyone financially on the fence when deciding to call. As we get into the hotter months, be preventative and don't wait last minute for those repairs to build on top of one another.
