  I had a great experience with Michael & Son Services. Daniel came out to repair my toilet and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently, and Daniel clearly explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. I really appreciated the quality of his work and his attention to detail. 5-star service all around. I would definitely recommend Michael & Son, and a big thank you to Daniel for doing such a great job!

  I really appreciate same day service. Anderson did a beautiful job with my plumbing issue while also keeping everything in place and clean. He was a pleasure to talk to while answering all my questions along with giving me some preventative maintenance ideas. Thank you so much Anderson!!

  Our service technician, Daniel, was timely, professional, and clean. He cleaned up afterwards and did an amazing job. He was forthright and competent in presenting the options, and he has replaced our sump pump. I am 110% pleased with the start-to-finish experience we had with Michael and Sons. I would recommend them without reservation. Thank you, and I appreciate the service. It's nice to not have to worry about something like this.

  Bertrand was very professional, clear, and thorough. I needed someone to install a new faucet with a set-up that wasn’t standard. He patiently looked over the set up under my kitchen sink and recommended new turn-off valves because the existing ones were outdated. I worked in the next room and barely knew he was there because he worked quietly and efficiently, then cleaned up everything when he left. I wouldn’t even have known someone had been there working had I not known because he took all the remnants and garbage out with him. Definitely recommend this company.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! Mahmoud was professional, punctual, and quickly diagnosed and repaired my toilet. He explained the issue clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean when he was finished. The repair was done right the first time, and the toilet has been working perfectly ever since. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.
