  Arvel arrived on time, gave me a competitive estimate and completed the flush mount light installatiion in about one hour. He was very competent pleasant, and easy to work with.

  Very disappointed with my experience with Mister Sparky. The technician was professional and showed up on time, but the pricing was much higher than I expected for the work that was needed. I called because I was having an electrical issue and expected someone to diagnose the problem and give me a reasonable solution. Instead, I felt like the appointment turned into a sales pitch for a much larger and more expensive job. The options were explained to me, but I never really felt comfortable with the price or that I understood why everything being recommended was necessary. I ended up getting another electrician to look at the same issue and their price was significantly lower. For what I paid just to have someone come out and look at the problem, I expected a much better experience. I would definitely recommend getting another estimate before agreeing to any work.

  Charles was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem we were having and fixed it. He looked at several parts of our electrical system to ensure that he understood the full scope of the problem we were having.
