  I called before they were open. A lady answered took all my information. Called back when they were open. Same lady, said she passed information over to dispatch. Called back again at 10:46 a diffrent lady. Says she has no record of my call. Chandler is who my father used for years, I'll fix that today. No more.

  We had an excellent experience with this company! From the moment the technicians arrived at 8:00 AM until they finished around 5:00 PM, they were professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of our home. They replaced and repaired our entire AC system, carefully explaining everything along the way and making sure the work was done properly. We really appreciated how much effort they put into protecting our home and cleaning up after themselves. Their attention to detail and dedication truly stood out. After two very difficult days without air conditioning, it was such a relief to finally have a cool, comfortable home again. We slept so much better last night thanks to their hard work. A huge thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service!

  John was great! Quickly diagnosed issues with my ancient, over 20 year old, air conditioners and went to work on fixes including letting me know ihow I could/should improve ac performance and extend their life until I was ready and able to have them replaced and modernized. Replaced a failing condenser fan, recharged refrigerant and ensured condensate line working as designed. Overall a great experience during a mid summer swelter! Thank you John and Chandlers!!

  my wife just got a five hundred dollar estimate to put a hose bib on our house for a low pressure "repair" but not guaranteed and not covered if we use our 30.00$ faucet but... then said they wouldn't charge for the part if you use yours ? i've been a chandler customer for decades and find this an overpriced gouge comparably real shame .. the whole world knows the gouge in plumber pricing but i thought with our consistent use of your company i thought we'd at least get a "real" quote shame we have to look elsewhere ... guess our votes for number 1 company has not humbled your customer loyalty just the opposite in ridiculous pricing

  Same day fix I am housesitting and cat sitting for a friend. The ac stopped cooling. My friend called Chandler's and they scheduled a call asap. In fact, they came and fixed it the same day. The service person was efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving. Could not be more impressed or satisfied.
