  We needed to replace our lower level flooring with a mix of carpet and luxury vinyl. The showroom in Fairfax has an amazing range of options. Tammy and Meredith are so helpful and knowledgable in helping you make selections based on the criteria. During the install we encountered floors that were not level where the luxury vinyl needed to go. It took a lot of work to get it level. The team at Kemper was patient, communicative, and ensured that in the end it was right. It's hard to find companies that actually care and follow up when something doesn't go as expected. The Kemper Carpet and Flooring team take immense pride in getting it right. This is admirable. They've been great to work with and we'll use them again for other projects based on our experience.

  Michelle, Stu, Meredith, and Tammy are top-notch when it comes to carpet. We needed some area rugs for our home, and they provided the guidance we were looking for. They then let us take home samples to get an idea of how the carpets we picked would look in our rooms. They were very communicative throughout the process and our carpets turned rugs met our exact specifications. The installers showed up on time and were quick to work. Our specific application needed us to move a grand piano, the installers did not feel like they had enough manpower, so they called in two more guys from the warehouse. They came within 20 mins and made quick work of the piano, over the top service! I will also add that they measured and put tape down to ensure precise installation of each area carpet. The whole experience from front to back was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend Kemper Carpet for any carpet needs. Thank you again Kemper Team, keep up the good work!!!!

Their team was fast and efficient—they completed a bedroom, hallway, and stairwell in just six hours, all while carefully moving the furniture themselves. The carpet installation was seamless, and the wood floors look beautiful and perfectly finished. They kept everything clean, communicated well, and delivered exactly what they promised.   We had a very good experience throughout. Associates at the store were very friendly and easy to talk to. The actual carpet installation was great. The installers worked all day and were able to finish the job in one day! I was very impressed. They moved our furniture around to install and placed most of it back in the right places. Very highly recommended.

  Hamed Ghiassi (Ed) from Kemper Carpet is a consummate professional. I have used him and Kemper Carpet 4 times over the past 10 years for my flooring needs. We had a house with original hardwood in the dining room/hallway from the 1950s and wanted the kitchen (which was tile) replaced with new hardwood and have it all look uniform. They added new hardwood, sanded, and stained the old and new hardwood and it looked PERFECT. Also added carpeting to several rooms. Ed and Kemper/Piedmont flooring are very responsive no matter the medium -- phone call, email, text -- fair pricing and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.
