  Our entire experience with Flooring America was fantastic! Randy and Steven came to our new home to talk about some flooring options including hardwood and LVP. We also discussed taking up our old carpet as well. They were both extremely knowledgeable and pointed us in a good direction WITHOUT sounding like salesman. We ended up with some really great product that they recommended. The install team came within a week of our product being inspected! They arrived early in the morning and got about 600 square feet plus a flight stairs completed same day! When the time comes, we are absolutely going to give them a call for the rest of our house!

  Flooring America replaced the floors in our kitchen, half-bath, and entryway. The three man crew did an excellent job. They worked efficiently and quickly. They were very respectful of our property and finished the project much faster than we anticipated. Their work was excellent and the finished product met and in exceeded our expectations. Randy Lewis and Steve Zust, the Flooring America project representatives, were very helpful in coordinating the project and in helping us determine what we wanted and picking the best product for the job. I highly recommend Flooring America and we plan to use them for another renovation project.

  I had a great experience with Flooring America from start to finish. I first reached out while I was considering purchasing a different condo and wasn’t even under contract yet. Carson took the time to walk me through potential flooring costs and options, even though there was no guarantee I’d end up moving forward. What really stood out was how consistent the team was with following up. Since my timeline kept changing, they checked in periodically and stayed in touch without being pushy, which I really appreciated. By the time I closed on my condo, my project had changed and I only needed new flooring in a bathroom. Gibson and Kenny came out with samples and helped me evaluate what would work best for the space. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the pros and cons of different options, especially considering the challenges of my bathroom layout and low shower lip. They also helped answer questions about other upgrades I was considering, including countertops and other bathroom improvements. Kenny in particular has a great eye for design and was very helpful in recommending options that would look good together. Once I made my selection, the process moved quickly. During installation, they discovered water damage beneath the existing flooring, but the team was able to address the issue, repair the subfloor, and complete the installation properly. The finished floors look fantastic, and I’m very happy with the result. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Flooring America to anyone looking for flooring or home renovation services.

  We recently worked with Alejandra at the Fairfax showroom to select tiles, thresholds, and flooring for a major home project. Alejandra was incredibly pleasant to work with during our design consultations and quickly coordinated the home measurement team. While there were some communication and timeline hurdles along the way with the broader supply chain, Alejandra stepped up significantly at the finish line. She diligently coordinated across multiple regional warehouses to ensure our materials were ready for a tight contractor pickup window.
