  We hired Ace Handyman Services for a structural staircase repair to fix persistent bouncing and creaking. Our Craftsman, Nelson, did a phenomenal job! He was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to do the job right from underneath by adding proper structural supports and securing the framing. The stairs are now solid, level, and quiet. Thank goodness 😩. I also want to give a mention to Robin for her quick responsiveness and Joyce for checking in and following up to ensure the job was completed and done so at a reasonable and competitive price!

  Mike and Rico did a great job. Its was hot and the bugs were terrible. They persevered and got it done. These guys deserve a bonus.

  We needed our deck railing and posts replaced after a tree fell on it and Ace Handyman Services of NOVA came through for us with excellent work quality, courtesy, reasonable pricing and on time work completion. Would highly recommend them. Thank you!

  John worked on caulking our exterior windows and did an amazing job! He was easy to work with and very informative about windows and caulking. Ace Handyman was easy to work with, Joyce made scheduling easy and helped us understand the whole process.

  Update: they are not charging us for any of the work and have scheduled to have someone come to fix the wall—we’re going to try a hanging company. Not ideal but we appreciate it. Update: sorry to report that the pull up/dip bar they installed came off the wall the first time I tried it—we’re still waiting to hear what they’re going to do about it. They came when scheduled and handled everything quickly and professionally. They hung some exercise equipment and a TV on a wall with metal studs and rehung a door. The work looks great! We really appreciate it!
