  I hired them to install a light above my vanity in my master bathroom and they were extremely communicative, efficient, and reasonably priced.

  My husband and I hired this company to put together 2 dressers and a gaming desk. They quoted my husband over $1,000 to put these together. My husband responded back that it was out of our budget. Not once did my husband try to get them to lower their price but they came saying let me see what we can do and then gave a new quote of a little over $700. We accept that offer. When my husband asked to pay when the guy was finished he was told we would get an invoice. The invoice was higher than the original quote we told them was out of our budget. My husband has already wrote a review and looking at other reviews and how responsive this company has been I was certain someone would reach out to him to try to make this right but no one has. I am very disappointed in the lack of response my husband has received. We have other projects that we would have loved to hire this company for in the future but unfortunately we will not use a company that is dishonest with their pricing or unable to communicate with us why there was such an increase on a quote we all agreed on.

  First I would give a two and half star if I was able to as the handyman did a good job in assembling and cleaning the work area. My rating is based on the estimate and final cost. We asked for a computer gaming table, and two three drawer dressers to be assembled as I broke my ankle and don’t have the motion I once did. When I asked for an estimate I was given a cost of $1119. I said that was out of our budget by text message. They came back with: Mike, let me see what I can do with this. I’m gonna resend it to you. A new estimate was sent for $779 which we could work with in our budget When the final bill came it was for $1152. We expected a little bit of extra cost but not above what we said was outside our budget. This is my only issue, as everyone was polite and professional. The actual assembly was great.

  I’ve never experienced anything like it. I decided to finally get my storm door re-shimmed so that it wouldn’t rub against the frame and not close all the way. I did a search and found good reviews for Ace Handyman Services on Nextdoor. I called that day and left a VM describing my problem. Within an hour, I get a text that says “Ya, we can do that. Send us an address and some pictures and we’ll send an estimate”. So, I sent a few pictures and very quickly got a reply with a reasonable estimate. Next comes scheduling. I figured that was going to be a while…. But nope…. They said, “How about tomorrow or the day after?” So tomorrow (today) it was. Fast forward to today, my storm door is re-aligned and not rubbing any more. Elbert cam out at the appointed time and knocked that problem out in no time…… 5 Stars all the way – the company, the response, and the craftsman that took that problem off my mind within a day.
