Steve has got to be one of the best of the best. He did my well inspection back in Nov before buying the home, and then did the resulting work to improve the water pressure in my new house later in Jan- not just well stuff but also pressure tank + filter stuff. He was so thorough, always responsive, always kept his appointments, always explained in detail. 10/10 recommend Steve should you ever need anything to do with well/water filtration. He went above and beyond every time he came out!

These guys are absolutely great. Our well stopped working. They came out the same day and fixed it perfectly. They communicated with me every step of the way and were respectful of my budget. Their employees were friendly, pleasant, and great at their jobs. I highly recommend using them.

Unfortunately this review is based solely off the interactions that my husband and I have had with Shane Foster. We decided not to have work done through Foster Well & Pump because of him. No one we spoke with at the company informed us there was a diagnostic fee before they did work which is understandable but not even on their website does it have that information, and when we questioned him about it he told us it was our job to ask. He also threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the $85.00 bill. He was crass and rude each and every time we spoke with him and when we told him so he informed us he was not in business to make friends. He was belittling and talked down to us and it's unfortunate to see a business being run this way. I would have loved to have left a review that was based off the work the company does but I will not give my business to a company who is run by someone who has no idea how to deliver customer service, or actually run the business they are in.
