We were referred to Mike by our home inspector after our air quality report came back with major mold elevation across every interior zone of our new home — master suite, living room, and basement — plus confirmed active growth in the crawlspace and HVAC ductwork. Mike came out the very next day, conducted a thorough certified evaluation, and delivered a detailed proposal that was honest, clearly explained, and exactly what the property needed. He recommended full Level 3 remediation — crawlspace encapsulation, interior drainage system, dehumidifier installation, HVAC duct cleaning, and post-remediation air sampling — and his work was comprehensive, professional, and completed on schedule. His documentation was impeccable, which was critical for our real estate transaction.   Mike and his team demonstrated that they are a first-class company as they carried out the work on our crawlspace mold mitigation issues. They conducted themselves professionally and worked with minimal impact upon our daily activities. They also removed and replaced our sunroom ceiling, and insulation that was damaged by mold and water during this same week. The team stayed on schedule and kept us informed of all the details every step of way. Our sunroom looks fabulous once again.   Michael from Mold remidation did a wonderful job removing the mold in my basement. He removed all the pieces to the wall and bookcase. He and his men were very quick and through in the removal of the mold. He went out of his way to make sure things were done correctly. He had to replace a couple light fixtures at no charge to us. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who has mold problems.

  I called Mike 12/22/25 and left a message within an hour, he called me back and had me scheduled for an evaluation that same day. He arrived to my house around 5pm as he said he would, and got to work. He was able to not only do the work for a reasonable price but also got it done the same day he quoted me. Mike was very professional, had all the answers to my question, and he went above and beyond. From this one experience I had I would always recommend Mold Removal Worx LLC and Mike. 5 stars for Communication, Knowledge, Professionalism, Promptness.
