Called them about a job downstairs and the tech quoted for other things that i did not call about when they cane then says my upstairs bathroom was leaking they pulled the floor up and took out my vanity and cut out some of the wallsm its been 3 wks and the contractor they have finally called agter i vontacted brandon cane out and never heard back from them. So i call brandon again he tells me the contractor can do it this week told him our schedules even told him he could come when we werent there. Then the office calls ne tells me my insurance is going to send them a check and they wanted my deductible I talked to my insurance adjuster and he says they are paying them in full do not pay that deductible to them. So they lied to me in the phone again. Here is the photos of my bathroom. So they really didnt finish the job at all just did this and left us hanging and then expected to get extra money from us when our inaurance is paying them in full.

Andy did a great job unclogging the kitchen sink drain line. He was very professional and answered many questions from me and I was pleased with his responses. Overall, we were very sppreciative of the service today. Thankyou ... Diane New.
