  Recently had a major plumbing and water problem in the crawl space. Called Roto-Rooter and they came out right away. Have used them for years and have found them to be top notch in every area. Andy,Dylan, Nathan,Brandon,and Brendon were professional,competent and friendly. They explained the whole process to me as the work progressed. I will be sure to call them again. A very happy customer!

  Never wanted a plumbing issues but it happens. 1st off I waited to do this review bc I was giving the guys time to come back and finish. So that hasn't happened yet so I am a Google reviewer and it keeps coming up how was my experience with roto rooter. Of course my issue was bad. Really bad the main drain collapsed so big problem. Man comes out shows me the 1st bill and of course as they continue to work on the issues others come up so need a second invoice. Here is problem 1. Guy looks at me while running a credit check and tells me. Ooohhhh you got good credit. Really good credit. Well what has that got to do with this. . And tells me we will handle everything of course for 20 thousand dollars. And we will put it all back together for you...second problem that was a complete lie. No one ever came back to fix what was not completed. Guys left a couple of tools behind. Didn't matter bc my 20k bought new ones evidently. And I already know they are going to say they didn't come back bc I had a family event that weekend and the guy said that he would see me the next weekend. Haven't seen anyone. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. And they will come and redo it for a couple thousand more. That came after I had paid the whole bill.

  Nicholas quickly came out, gave me my options. And easily fixed the problem with the cheapest package. The water FLOWS!

  It was a great experience meeting Jordan and Austin, great young men, very courteous upfront and honest. Did what another company said they wouldn't do ( clean roots out of line ) , jetted my main drain line outside in the rain with a smile and told me they were going to take care of me and did. Word to the wise be careful who you call to estimate your issue, I won't say which company , but if they say you can finance a 15 year loan to clean your drain call Rotor Rooter and Jordan and Austin before you donate a kidney to clean your drain. Even the young lady dispatcher that I called would laugh with me and put me at ease. Thanks Rotor Rooter for hiring People with the right attitude and can work with customers instead of working on them.👍🙏🫤

  Brandon was polite and professional. He arrived with a smile. He assessed the problem so that he could get the correct hardware for the bathroom sink. He gave me a quote of $525.00 for the complete job, which included parts and labor. I thought that was a bit much for a faucet. Nonetheless, Brandon returned and completed job in a timely manner in spite of the fact that some if the old hardware did not mesh with new hardware. This would have cost an additional $1,500.00. Brandon tidied up behind himself nicely and informed me he'd completed the job. While we would definitely want Brandon for any future plumbing jobs, moving forward I plan to do price comparisons first. Overall we were impressed with the outcome and my husband and I are satisfied, just not with the price.
