  Patrick was punctual, prepared, friendly and got right to work. We found his service extremely thorough and his explanations helpful. His friendly tolerance for resident pooches was greatly appreciated

  1 Star. Absolute Nightmare. Avoid Davis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric (If I could give zero stars, I would). We were completely taken advantage of by our salesperson, Dakota, who aggressively upsold us on a high-end Moovair HVAC system. We trusted his recommendation, expecting a premium, reliable, energy-efficient setup. What Dakota didn't tell us is that Davis technicians don't understand the equipment. Davis has sent multiple technicians out to our house. Every single time, the techs end up standing around on support calls with Moovair because, by their own admission, no one at Davis actually understands how these newer Moovair machines work. Why is Dakota upselling customers on complex, expensive systems that his own installation and service teams have zero capability to install or maintain? It's completely unacceptable to use paying customers as guinea pigs for equipment your team isn't qualified to handle. We are stuck in a miserable loop of paying for a system we can't use, while Davis techs continue to scratch their heads while staring at the unit. If you want a company that actually stands behind what they sell, DO NOT use Davis Heating and Cooling. They are happy to take your money for a premium upsell, but are completely incapable of making it work.

  I had a full waste pipe replacement done by my technician Dalton who is very thorough in his work. It's obvious you are experienced and put a lot of pride in what you do and I'm very happy with all the work you done. I would recommend you to everyone I know for a job well done.

  The service was what I expected.....Good. Problem I have with this company is the expense. Needed a tub/shower Delta cartridge replacement due to small leak. OEM cartridge would cost me 55.00. They charged 101.00.15 minutes to install. I used to do this stuff but could not do it now. Total cost was 391 and change. They charge by the job, not by the hour. Easy to overcharge this way. This was overly expensive and unnecessary. They also try to upsell things they you probably do not need although the technician was good and personable. Almost 400 dollars later, I have no leak from the faucet. Wow

  The Davis team was on it when I called for a plumbing estimate on an issue. They contacted me in a timely manner, explained everything in detailed. The service time was very convenient for me. The technician, Jesus Valderramado was extremely courteous in completing our service request and clearly explained every detail of the work to be performed. The work was done very well and again everything was explained as I was shown what was done and suggestions for future reference. I definitely will be recommending and calling them back for future services. Thank you Davis team.
