  Rob showed up on time, was courteous and really helpful about assessing the situation. He made sure we had the correct parts as well as suggesting oil which we needed. Definitely trusting Rob & Piedmont in the future with our garage door

  Rob was super helpful and it was a minor fix thankfully! He did his best to even help with the quote but we are super thankful for his knowledge and fixed our garage issue within 5 minutes! Highly recommend .
