  I called three days ago and requested an appointment for maintenance on my A/C. They said they would call me back within a day to do it. After not receiving a call for three days, I called them again, gave my name, and explained to the lady who answered that I was expecting a response, but she just hung up I called three more times And they didn't answer, Apparently, in this company, a lack of respect, ethics, responsibility, and professionalism are not fundamental to them.

  Chuck & Lana White operate a very professional & accommodating company that responds very quickly to your messages and emergencies, in my experience. Chuck and his employees are very knowledgeable & possess the ability to take complex concepts and communicate them in layman’s terms. This business was referred to me by friends because they are a trustworthy and proficient business and I highly recommend them.

  Woke up to AC not working. Googled heating and air companies in area. Decided to give Chuck White a try and I'm happy I did. Lana was super friendly and kept me informed. Even after missing her call the first time (my fault) she still had someone at the house same day. The two gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. We were back up and running same day and at a very reasonable price! They have acquired a new customer for life and I would recommend them without hesitation! Thanks, Chuck White team!!

  I highly recommend Chuck White heating air conditioning and refrigeration. When he checked our unit he said he would like to install a new one because ours is 24 years old. But he said he would try to fix the problem and maybe we could get a few more years out of it. He did fix it and his prices are reasonable. He is honest and was quick to complete the job.
