Not too mention that the initial install took 16hrs, and then discover a sensor was bad on the NEW system, had to v wait for a new sysyem to come in and straight out the box that unit had damage to the metal, so now on to the third unit to finally get installed. Equipment just kept running so lead tech came out and discovered that current ductwork isn't compatible to new unit. Now saying I need to repair or replace old ductwork. Staff is friendly and scheduling isn't too far out. Just didn't like the idea of sell the unit to get a sale, knowing things would not work properly,and later inform about ductwork later to get more money. I've been using my old window unit that functions better than the supposely new HVAC system. I recommend that you use them at your own discretion.
