  We had our entire second floor remodeled by Sun Design and could not be happier with the results and especially the process. From the first meeting to the follow-ups afterwards everything was done with professionalism, skill, and a true caring for our happiness with the end result. We finished right on schedule. We knew exactly when and what was going to happen every week. The quality of the workmanship is impressive and every tradesperson was respectful and kept the place neat and as dust-free as possible. When issues cropped up about placement of items they talked us through the options and we came up with a plan worked for us. We are a bit style challenged and their team was fantastic helping us pick colors that would complement the watercolor paintings we wanted to hang. They helped us pick out every item in such a gentle and caring way. I would gladly work with them again, and will when we get ready to remodel the downstairs.

  We hired Sundesign to remodel our basement and are very happy with the end product. We ended up doing a full Floorplan change to create a new family room, and we now have a full master suite with an incredible bathroom and were able to add a new office too. We really love the way our home looks and functions. As with every project, there were some ups and downs along the way. The design team was very attentive and quick to respond to questions and provided great recommendations along the way. We did run into an issue with one designer who was leaving sundesign (and we weren't told ahead of time even though it was known) allowing the design to get significantly over budget which required last minute adjustments to the plans to get the project back in budget but not able to get the bathroom we were hoping for but we still love the one we have. Once the build got started, the project manager and lead contractor, Mike, was incredible! He was diligent in making sure that the job was getting done exactly how we wanted and took the time to explain what was going on with the project and the schedule. he also made recommendations on things we had not thought about. After a difficult start with the design issues and budget, the build phase really brought things back for us. Since the build was complete, there were supposed to be walk throughs with the warranty team and instead of the team scheduling those, we had to reach out to them to schedule the walk through. Once the walk through was done we pointed out a handful of issues we wanted taken care and once they came out to fix them they only addressed a couple and haven't come back to finish the list.

  Nicolette, Maggie and Morgan have been wonderful over the last 2-7 years to work with in the design and selections aspect of my job as a stone countertop specialist. Their designs are innovative, creative and personal to the client that is asking for their services. I've enjoyed working with these three wonderful ladies to help multiple homeowner's dreams come true and feel the dedication to service and excellence in every interaction that I have with them. Keep up the great work ladies!!

  My 89-year-old mother recently experienced a health event, and we contacted Sun Design to do an “aging in place” bathroom remodel for her. Everyone at Sun Design was great to work with – from my first conversation to set the process in motion, to the design and product selection that made our outcome not only beautiful but a look that is uniquely ours, to our amazing project manager, to all of the supporting team members, the trades, and the warranty team. Although the whole team is amazing, it was our project manager, Jamie, that made the remodel an especially great experience for me and my mother. This was my first experience with a remodel project. Jamie explained what was going to happen during each step of the process, so I was never surprised by anything. In fact, he generally answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask them! He was patient and kind, even when I asked him non-remodel home maintenance questions or asked questions that he had already repeatedly explained to me. He even fixed and/or looked at several things when he was here and not just things that I asked about. Not only was Jamie a pleasure to work with, his work is of the highest quality. He has great depth of knowledge, pride in his work, and truly cares how his work impacts his clients. Even though I was his primary client contact for this project, he never forgot that the remodel was for my mother. He made it a priority to be sure she was happy with the project and, especially, comfortable with how all the grab bars and other items were positioned. The entire project was handled with meticulous care from start to finish and turned out beautifully! Although Sun Design may be on the higher side of the price scale, with the quality of their work and depth of the team I would make the same decision to use them again.

  Love, love, love my new kitchen and laundry room! Sun Design remodels with professionalism. Their employees--from sales to designers to contractors--are a pleasure to work with. Overall--great company and we recommend them with the highest commendation. The employees are what makes this a great company.
