  Technician arrived almost immediately after I placed the call, took care of the needed repairs and recommended one additional maintenance item to prevent future problems. He was fast, professional and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of today's service.

  The process of making an appointment was easy and the customer service was excellent. Even with an almost 30 year old unit, the tech who came out, looked everything over thoroughly. Braxton was excellent and I recommend the company highly.

  In late Jan I called M/P for and or an obvious bad blower in a heat pump system. They came and I paid $79 to confirm that the blower was bad and it would be $570 to replace. I okayed this and a few days later a tech named Aiden came out with a motor. Did not think just the motor was being replaced but okayed as I wanted it fixed. This young man was at my home 20-25 minutes during which he spent most of that time trying to sell me a new system and telling me weirdly random things like my 2 year old roof was leaking and there were multiple defunct motors in the attic crawl. Both are completely false. He spent 5 minutes working during which he yanked the blower out clipping wires and scattering hardware. He never attempted to remove the motor claiming it was impossible and I would need a new blower at more money. The next day I called and asked for somone to call me as this did not sound right. I never got a call back but a rather curt E-mail telling me my system was unfixable, but they would be glad to E-mail a price to redo the whole thing sight unseen. I had to demand my blower unit back as Aiden had removed it from my home. I called someone else. In 30 minutes this man had the motor out of the blower. Then he had all needed parts on his truck. Less than two hours later my system was up and running. In one visit (not M/Ps 4) he did the "impossible" at a price I could afford. M/P are nice people-that's why 2 stars. But it is quite clear they do not want repair jobs-only whole system ones.

  I can’t say enough great things about McGrady Perdue, they are truly an exceptional company. Our HVAC was brand new when we moved into our home a few years ago, however, we’ve experienced multiple issues with the system since. We had tried several HVAC contractors in the area to diagnose our unit and each one was unsuccessful. This winter, our system totally failed and we decided to try yet another HVAC contractor. Thankfully, we found Mcgrady Purdue. After their initial visit, they not only diagnosed our system failure, resulting from several parts covered under our warranty, but also found that our current duct assembly was likely causing our system to not function at its full potential. Despite challenges from recent refrigerant regulation changes, Mcgrady Purdue advocated for us tirelessly for our manufacturer’s warranty. They also did a fantastic job on improving our ductwork. I’m happy to say now after they’ve finished up, our system is running better than it has in 3 years. We had the pleasure of working with Chris, Aidan, Mike, Donna, and Jessica. Everyone we worked with thoroughly explained to us the technical aspects of our system, the ins and outs of the warranty process, and communicated effectively as to what was needed to get our system running. On top of everything else, they were also extremely considerate in working around our baby and overly friendly dog! After installing new ventilation, they did a great job cleaning up the dust. We will be using them for all of our future HVAC needs.
