Communication was terrific! Called at 9:30 a.m. and they were here by 11:30 a.m to look at our issue. Tech came in and went straight to work. He had our unit back up and running within 20 minutes. Then came time to settle up and they were very reasonable on their price. Compared to others in the area for a weekend service call. It was going to be a very humid day and I know they were busy. They showed up and showed out and was easy on the pocket book. Highly recommend! No one likes to have these cost come up, it makes a huge difference when you get service that is fast, friendly and fair!! Thanks
