Swift Creek was quick to respond and sent someone out for a quote promptly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me. To replace a 50-gallon electric water heater, they quoted $2,800 — compared to $1,800 from two other local companies for the same job. That's over 50% more, and no one could point to anything (parts, warranty, timeline) that justified the gap. Ultimately I went with a different company. Responsiveness counts for a lot, but not enough to offset a price that far out of line with the market.
