- DDDavidSep 18, 20261.0Initially there was good email communication, set up a survey for a week timeframe about a month away. They no showed that week and started ghosting all emails asking if they were still going to come out to survey my property. I would give 0 stars if Google allowed me as ghosting a customer after agreeing to perform a service is very bad business practice.

- MHMatthew HaFeb 23, 20225.0They surveyed my 3 acre property for a good price. 2nd cheapest among 4 companies I called. Friendly on the phone and completed the fieldwork in a day. I would suggest having a more standardized process for your invoice. Invoice before initiating work.
