  Was unable to get customer service to listen to our need for a consultation. We have an unusually heavy solid wood garage door that requires more than one technician to lift and experience to service. We missed work to greet a young solo technician who was not strong enough or experienced enough to handle the job. We wasted a week and are scheduling with another company.

  Living out by the water is tough on doors, and we had a renovation so they were turned off for a while. They sent Steven out and he was superb. Got both doors silky smooth and showed me how to care for them in the future to keep them ruuning smooth. Super pleased!!!

  I got a new garage door opener. The service was excellent, scheduling was easy, everyone I talked to along the way was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Heather, Chris, and Fedra (sp?) in the office were great. Chase was the one installing, and he was great too. I will happily recommend Virginia Door to anyone who needs a new garage door opener.
