  Joe was the technician who came out to find out why my ac was not cooling like it should. He found out right off that my coils in the outside condenser were dirty not allowing it to cool properly. Once they were cleaned the temperature dropped on the gages which caused the house to start cooling again. He was extremely polite and professional, I highly recommend Joe and the company he works for STUD service co.

  Highly recommended! Absolute lifesaver for my elderly mother. I cannot thank STUD Service Co. enough for their incredible professionalism and compassion. When my elderly mother's air conditioning stopped working, I was deeply worried about her being in the heat. STUD Service Co. prioritized her service call and sent someone out immediately. The technician, named Josh was incredibly respectful and completed the repair flawlessly without trying to oversell unnecessary parts. He even came back out later to make sure the AC was working when my mother thought it was not cooling. He found that it actually was working, it just took time for her to feel it. We are more than happy with his service and will recommend to everyone. It is rare to find a business that combines technical excellence with genuine customer care. Thank you from a more than satisfied customer and very grateful daughter.

  The tech Josh showed up on time and did a fantastic job, no tricks like many AC companies. He let us know what was broken and he fixed it the same day. He updated us on our unit and really did a professional job. We suffered in the heat for over 3 days and now we are feeling the coooooooooool sensation of AC. Thank you Stud Service. You are a great honest service.

  Josh came out and did amazing work getting us situated again! He was polite, professional, and prices were very fair. He gave before and after pictures of everything he did (unlike our previous HVAC company) so I am confident and comfortable with the work done. I would highly recommend Stud Service for all your HVAC needs and will be permanently switching to them for my future needs as well.
