Second: He found the leak quickly via visual and didn't need to use a leak detection machine as I initially thought. However, the cost of the job was enormous for the 5 minute job. All pipes and hose were exposed which needed no cutting into the wall or demo. I am pleased that my problem was fixed. I understand travel cost and knowledge

- MCMarguerite ChurchAug 14, 20262.02 year old air conditioner motor, that, they installed went bad. Said they not charging for motor, but charging almost 1,200.00 for installation. I don't know if I got a new one or not. Tech went to pick it up, installed it in less than 1 1/2 hours. I paid because, I have been without air for 3 days. They have the upper hand, the heat was affecting my health.

On the day of the appointment they called the wrong number to confirm they were on the way. Since they called the wrong number, nobody answered. They cancelled the appointment instead of checking their records and calling the correct number. It's been 5 days in 95 degree heat. Would not recommend.
- CPCJ plasterAug 4, 20261.0Came to my house gave me a quote took my $2300. Never heard nothing else. I was told that the guy was gonna show up at 9am didn’t Show up till 1115. I had my gas water heater converted to electric. They never told me that it was gonna take two days to do it. They sent one guy to install it and I had to wait an additional day for the electrician to come. and then they gave me a five hour window for the Electrician to show up showed up 15 minutes late brings his ladder in the house and then just leaves Does not say anything to anyone Very poor management no communication whatsoever
