  Worst experience we've ever had with a merchant, from day 1. During a financial hardship, this company was more concerned on making money than the burden it was going to place on our family, as finances changed for us after our 3 day cancellation-contract window. Shortly after, we decided to proceed, due to the contract. The company reserved the right to cancel but chose not , despite our concerns. Work was done. Afterwards, I received notification from the 3rd party to verify my purchase. The financing fell through because the 3rd party could not finance part of the transaction. I called the company to tell them what I've discovered. Ann, from this company, was YELLING on the phone at me, threatening court, and being extremely nasty. I informed Ann that court doesn't intimidate me as my husband and I are retired and active police officers (we're in court ALL the time). I am also pregnant, which Ann knew. Despite my health condition, she continued to be ugly, which rose my blood pressure, to the point where I had to call off work the next day (very insensitive of her). I repeatedly tried to tell Ann to bring her voice down and I tried to explain to her that I was trying to work this out with her. This conversation continued to the next day via text, initiated by Ann. My lawyer had to get involved, who I was in constant communication with throughout that day. Nonetheless, the 3rd party agreed on the full financing and I'm SO happy because that means I don't have to communicate with this company EVER again. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. (Maybe later I'll attach pictures of the work and how much we paid for it. In comparison to other companies, it was overpriced but my main focus was the rude customer service, lack of empathy, and aggressive tone in this situation.) Reply: I cant seem to reply to this company's response. We want to clarify that yes, we had estimates for our windows (never trim-work but she had to throw that in there to look good), but all of our potential work had to be cancelled due to unexpected financial changes (due to medical/work changes for my husband and I, both). EVEN IF we went through additional work -why does this company care? Money and lack of empathy, as I stated before -that's why. The company's response, after my review, should tell future clients all they need to know. Customer to customer, trust me when I say we would NOT recommend.

  First class company to deal with. From Austin who handled our estimate to Tim and Steven who did a great job repairing our vinyl trim to Ann who handled all communication.- great customer service and quality work. Thanks again.
