We do not charge any fees for mobile showroom estimates.
Can you match my flooring?
We can typically match or come very close to matching your current flooring. Please note that exact matching may be difficult when wood species differ or when existing floors have aged due to various environmental factors.
Will you remove all the debris from the installation?
Yes, we will remove all debris from the installation. We prioritize dust collection, organization, and maintaining a clean work environment. We treat every project with the same care and respect we would our own home.
Is full payment required before the job starts?
No. We collect a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due after the work has been completed.
Do you provide discounts for military personnel, veterans, first responders, law enforcement, teachers, or nurses?
Yes! Eligible customers receive a 10% discount as a thank-you for their service and dedication.
How long will my flooring project take?
Every project is different. Factors such as the size of the area, flooring material, and project complexity will determine the timeline. We’ll discuss the estimated schedule during your consultation.
I have allergies. Will the project create a lot of dust?
We use professional dust-control equipment to minimize airborne dust during installation and refinishing. We also isolate unaffected areas when necessary. While demolition may generate additional dust, we take every precaution to keep your home as clean as possible.
My schedule is hectic. Can you work around it?
Absolutely. We strive to schedule projects at times that are convenient for you and your household.
How should I care for my new or refinished floors?
Regular sweeping or dusting helps protect your floor’s finish from everyday wear. We also recommend using a pH-neutral floor cleaner every few weeks and wiping up spills promptly to maintain the beauty of your floors.
