So I have a seasonal contract but is now cancelled. These guys are really slack. The first tech came on or about April 8th. I dont remember his name. He didnt do anything at the AHU besides take a few readings. Said he pulled blower and cleaned and vac'ed but didnt. Didnt flush the condensate lines didnt clean coils just a total cluster. I took pics and sent to cust serv but nothing. Then he tried to leave without even cleaning the condensate coils on the units outside they were filthy. I had to insist he clean the coils so I drug out the hose for him. Cleaned coils on one unit but he left both units full of debris. He left my hose out and water turned on. I mean this dude was horrible. I called in and the nice lady scheduled a rework which was done last week. This tech Jacob spent most of his time talking over me and telling me what he would not do. Anyway he did take a vac to the attic but like the first tech he was slack. He didnt pull blower and clean. he stuck a small paint brush in the squirrel cage and took a pic with a borescope. It was never pulled, cleaned properly and vac'ed. So for those that done know the afftect of this slack practice-without vac the dust and dirt he brushes off will go directly into the cooling coils in your AHU the second your blower turns on and cause them to be dirtier. Reducing the effisency of your unit. He also didnt disinfect or clean the coils in any way and they are accessable. He took a pic of those with his borescope as well. The inspection says they clean the inside and outside of the AHU which he says they do not do. Outside they did get most of the loose debris out of the units but still left some pine straw and muck in one unit. Theres more but my point is that even with 2 teams sent and me wasting a day for their mistake the job still wasnt done as they promise. I wont ever use them again. Im sure some CSR will reply to this with a sorry excuse and say all I have to do is call or reach out and they will take care of it. If they were concerned they'd be calling me. They are not good at all for real dont use them.

Nick was outstanding. He was efficient, communicated clearly and was in and out in no time at all. Reported no issues and made a suggestion on how to further protect my home in the future. He also helped me discover what the cause of a flickering exterior light was. He was Friendly, attentive, and respectful.
Destyn and Logan FTW! First time with Michael & Sons because another vendor cancelled our home spring maintenance HVAC appointment with three days notice and don't want to reschedule for six weeks.
I switched home maintenance and tried Michael & Sons. The two nicest gentlemen came and took their time. So glad alI switched.

My hot water heater was leaking from the bottom and got worse throughout the day. We called Michael & Sons solely based on the reviews, because we didn't have time to shop around before 40 gallons of water flooded our laundry room. James showed up early the next day, gave us a couple options and ultimately saved us from a major issue. Nice young guy with a good head on his shoulders. A separate restoration team came to inspect the water damage and offered recommendations to fix any damage associated with the leak. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being upsold a bunch of nonsense. The work cost slightly more than expected but the peace of mind is priceless if I'm honest. Thank you, James!

John Hrusovsky did a great job on a shower/tub leak repair! The repair was made more difficult by the limited ability to access the pipes within the wall, but John demonstrated excellent flexibility in his strategy. When the repair threw him “curve balls” he was able to adapt and overcome. He completed the repair in a very timely manner and cleaned up so that, like a Boy Scout, he “left no trace” of his presence/work. Thanks to John completing our repair after working an extra long day, we were able to turn the water in our house back on. John was a pleasure to have helping us in our time of need. I would 100% recommend Michael and Son and will not only use them for future repairs but will specifically request to have John perform the service/repairs.
