  Lance provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of our options, including the financing plans, which helped us choose the best solution for our budget. We ended up getting a great price with a very affordable monthly payment. Lance paid close attention to every detail during the installation and made sure everything was done correctly. He never rushed the job, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. When he finished, he made sure everything was clean and in perfect working order. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, patient, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Lance. His customer service and workmanship were exceptional. Thank you for making the entire experience easy and stress-free. Five stars all the way!

  Michael & Son provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. I originally called because of a leak from my A/C coil cabinet. Margo was the first person I spoke with, and she was kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my issue. She listened carefully, asked the right questions, and went above and beyond to help me get an earlier appointment. She also took the initiative to ask if there was anything else I needed. Because she did, I remembered a clogged sink issue that I had not mentioned. That issue turned out to be a major plumbing problem that may have otherwise gone undiscovered. Her attentiveness benefited both me and the company. Brandynn Arnold provided the assessment for the plumbing project. He was professional and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and was patient with my questions. When I expressed concerns about the project, he assured me he would discuss them with the plumber performing the work. He followed through on that promise and later provided additional information that put my mind at ease. Gabriel Trahan came out to repair the A/C coil cabinet leak. He found the problem right away and explained exactly why the leak was occurring. He worked quickly and with a smile despite a long day and sweltering temperatures. John and Shelby worked on the major plumbing project. John was hardworking, efficient, and personable. It was clear that he took pride in his work and cared about doing the job correctly. He worked long hours, maintained a positive attitude, and kept me informed throughout the process. Shelby Dillow is an exceptional plumber and one of the most impressive professionals I have worked with. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood everything involved in a very large and complex plumbing project. Shelby spent three days working on this job in extreme temperatures, replacing pipes in both the crawlspace and inside my home. She went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed correctly and with great attention to detail. When I became anxious about the size and scope of the project, Shelby took the time to reassure me and explain the process. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care gave me confidence throughout the entire job. Shelby is someone I trust completely, and I would request her every time. Everyone I interacted with represented Michael & Son exceptionally well. This team demonstrated skill, communication, professionalism, and genuine care for their customer. I am extremely grateful for the work they did and would highly recommend them.

  I recently purchased my home only a couple of months ago. The water in one our toilets would continue to run for approximately a minute or more before stopping. It’s flush was also weaker than any of our other toilets. Finally, I experienced a stubborn clog where nothing seemed to help. My Michael & Son’s Technician, Chad was amazing!! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, quick and efficient. He took the time to explain to me my issue and how it would be resolved. I was concerned with having to call for the assistance of a professional plumber due to the horror stories that I’d heard in reference to price and additional sales pitches. My experience today was anything but that! I couldn’t be happier or more impressed. I only wish I had called sooner. Michael & Son’s, you are very fortunate to have such an incredible Technician, that pays such close attention to detail and provides outstanding customer experience with a smile. Thank you Chad for your help today! I am an extremely happy customer!!

  Michael and sons were the ones who installed our HVAC system and they have been the only company to do work on the system. Their programs are a bit confusing and when I was paying extra for the programs, they did not come out and do the cleaning and inspections like it states they do. In 2022 the unit was still under warranty and they replaced the coils , valves and refilled the unit. Two weeks ago David went out , and told us that he couldn't work on the unit because it wasn't under warranty anymore and that we need a completely new unit. My husband told him we will not be doing business with them anymore because we needed someone to fix the unit. The technician said he hung up on him which was not the case and then told my tenant that the unit was on the way out (not necessary to create a panic). We contacted another company and there was a value (that Michael and sons replaced in 2022)that had gone bad, other than that the unit is in great condition.

  After discovering that a punctured drain line had caused a leak in my home, I called Michael & Son first thing in the morning, and I’m so glad I did. I spoke to Deborah on the phone, and was incredibly helpful. She got me scheduled immediately for same-day plumbing service and for the initial water damage mitigation inspection, and her approach made everything feel much more manageable. Thomas, the plumber, arrived promptly and was excellent to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain what had caused the leak, what repairs were needed, and what to expect throughout the process. His demeanor was professional, and I really appreciated how meticulous he was in completing the repair. Additionally, he personally followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly after the repair (it was). Ali, the restoration and mitigation project manager, was knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering my questions. He explained the moisture findings, outlined the next steps, and made sure I understood exactly what the process would involve and why it was necessary. He also prepared a detailed report with photographs very quickly, which I was able to provide to my insurance claims adjuster. My adjuster specifically commented on how helpful the report was, and I appreciated how promptly Ali had everything ready. Michael, the mitigation technician, continued that same level of professionalism. He carefully removed the necessary drywall, applied antimicrobial treatment, and set up the drying equipment. He explained the follow-up process, what would happen next, and made sure I understood everything before he left. Every person I interacted with was friendly, respectful, punctual, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions or provide clarification. They treated my home with care and communicated clearly every step of the way. Water damage is never something you want to deal with, but this team made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience surprisingly easy. I felt supported from start to finish and always knew what was happening, why it was being done, and what the next steps would be. I highly recommend Michael & Son to anyone needing plumbing or water damage mitigation services.
