- HTHolly Thai5 days ago1.0JR plumbing is just a scam. We called our home warranty because we were having an issue with our toilet being clogged and not draining. They sent JR plumbing out to fix this issue. He came out, was very nice, professional. However, he went into our bathroom and was there for a good 20 minutes snaking out toilet. He came out after 20 minutes and walked past us and said, “don’t use wipes anymore” he then put his equipment away and came back with the paper work for us to sign and to pay. He said the toilet flushed and worked. Our toilet still does not work. We have 7 kids and having a bathroom down is a HUGE deal. Here is where this gets good! I call JR plumbing and let them know the toilet is not fixed and I’d like someone to come back out and fix it. Victoria I believe let me know that’s not happening and that Chris fixed the toilet and she has a “picture’ of the wipes he pulled from the toilet. So I say, ok, send me the picture and I give her my phone number to send it to. Of course no picture was sent. Also, more importantly. Where are all those wipes he pulled from the toilet? Because he sure never took them out of the toilet. He had to of just shoved them back down our toilet again clogging it! I asked the receptionist (Victoria I think her name was) to ask Chris what he did with those wipes that were clogging our toilet. If he pulled them out where are they? What did he do with them? Because he surely did not take them out! I am asking that JR plumbing come back and actually fix our toilet. We have paid for a service that they did not provide. Which is fixing our toilet. JR plumbing I will be waiting for your call to come fix our toilet.

I have a warranty company for my house and had a couple of plumbing issues that occurred at once and I called them and they sent out JR Plumbing and Mechanical and they responded to my problems within 2 days and did an excellent job. Their plumber, Sam did a great job, he is knowledgeable, polite and cares about what he is doing and in this day it is so hard to find companies that are quick to respond to their customers needs and have employees like Sam that will do it right the first time! If you have a plumbing need and want it done quick and right I would recommend that you call them you won’t be sorry and ask for Sam!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
