  M&J Services is absolutely top-tier! I filed a home warranty claim for my AC, and the office staff was incredibly helpful in getting a technician out to me immediately. Eric arrived, found the issue right away, and got my unit up and running fast. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!

  JR Plumbing is my go to guys! Always efficient and affordable. They have done lots of work at my house and I’ve always been pleased. They have replaced my hot water heater, some old pipes, redone a bathroom plumbing — I highly recommend this company.

  I was highly disappointed wit my service from JR Plumbing.. they were sent to me by my home warranty company.. back in the beginning of June.. it was a wednesday, the plumber came, "unclogged" me.. I started a load of laundry, within the hr, the same problem arised.. I called them back immediately.. they told me I had to go back through my home warranty.. so I did, my home warranty called them that same day/night and they told my warranty company they had opening for that friday and they would call me wit a time.. i never heard from anybody.. so I call friday like hey, did the plumber come or whats the status?? No the plumber never came, cuz they want to scope the pipe and gotta see if its covered by the warranty.. ok its covered, but its friday so now im stuck all weekend with backed up pipes and they've already scheduled for monday so I gotta wait until tuesday.. the plumber comes tuesday, tries to scope but says he cant cuz the clog, so now they wanna do a jetting, before they can do a scope.. but we gotta see if thats covered by warranty.. ok its covered.. but we gotta wait until friday cuz its a special procedure and takes time.. they come "jet" "scope" but cant produce a video of the scope cuz its too blurry u cant see but they emailed me a picture, 1 single blurry picture.. they were also suppose to send me a quote to fix said problem that was in picture.. 2 weeks passed, no email, no quote, no communication.. i finally reach out to them for them to tell me, "oh, ive been meaning to tell u, u should call the city and see if its on their end!" I contacted the city Monday, guess what, they were out within an hour to check their end, also came back 2 days later to scope the pipe and tell me the issue.. Edit: reply to owner.. while I understand dealing wit a warranty company has its pros n cons, waiting for approval being one.. but even after approval, your company still took days, sometimes a whole week to move forward with the next step..And even the work that was done (scoping) it was half azz service, as u yourself said u couldnt see the video as it was too blurry.. and here at the last step u held onto info, that I still would not be aware of if I didn't reach out to u, for 2 WHOLE WEEKS !!! But yep sounds like the warranty companies fault for the horrible service and lack of communication 🙄 🤦‍♀️
