  We were extremely pleased with the very large and professional project that Dante did in our home along with Chase redoing all the electricity on my first floor. The price was very reasonable, they were always pleasant and responsive, and they came back to make adjustments, seeing it through to the very end!

  It is always interesting when a company charges premium prices for work and communication that feel anything but premium. Communication was poor at best. I would comment on the quality of work but we never got that far. Unfortunately, this experience involved missed expectations, poor follow through, and a surprising lack of professionalism from start to finish. For months Kelly, the manger, promised a new water filtration system and to replace all appliances and equipment damaged by the current system. I am unsure whether it was a lack of professionalism or talent but we were ignored for weeks a time because of a "supplier" issue. Plumbing issues are stressful enought without having to manage Kelly and his "experienced" plumbers.

  The technician came to my house to fill in for a technician that was sick and did the work he was suppose to do while to having his own work to do after he finished the work at my house he explained everything he was doing I felt he went above beyond what he had to do
