  Extremely satisfied - 5 stars across the board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a ground water leak and I was very worried more so because I found out that most plumbing companies don’t deal with groundwater leaks. After having a very bad experience with a different company, I found Get Lit Plumbing & HVAC and I read through their 4.8 star rating. I reached out to them and hey called within 30 minutes and listened while I explained my situation. They asked questions to ensure the technician came fully prepared.and got me scheduled wth Kyle the next day! They sent me texts keeping me informed (arrival time as well as the technician’s name (Kyle). He arrived and assessed the problem, gave me some repair options and took pictures during the repair process and also provided a thorough write up of everything that occurred. Kyle worked from 9:30am until about 4:30 to get the job finished the same day. He did an excellent job, he was professional, friendly and while fixing the repair, he found that the cost would be actually be less than initially quoted. Most companies would have not been that honest. I would recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy, reliable plumbing work and I’d trust them for other repair work as well.

  DO NOT HIRE GET LIT. Call literally anyone else. What we got was an $18,000 sales pitch. New service panels. Ripping out outlets that work perfectly fine. Page after page of work we never asked for and don't need. And when my wife asked about the repairs we actually called them for, the electrician told her that if we paid the $18k, they'd do those "extra for free." Read that again. They wouldn't even quote the job we asked for unless we bought the one they wanted to sell. That's not an estimate. That's a shakedown. I was out of town for work, and they came at my wife with an $18,000 upsell while she was home by herself. I am furious. Plenty of people get talked into jobs like this because the contractor sounds confident and they don't know better, and that's what they were counting on. We wasted a full appointment and walked away with nothing. We're hiring a different electrician who will actually do what we ask. If you want your scope respected and you don't want to be squeezed for thousands in work you don't need, go with someone else. Anyone else.

  Listen, Get Lit Electrical was AWESOME! I found them after a google search. I was impressed with their reviews & decided to give them a try. It started with Leslie when she answered the phone. She was so pleasant! Johnny & Dontae put their booties on LOVE it! I showed them what I wanted done. They were very engaging and friendly. I got my estimate and said ok. They came back three days later and went to work. They kept me informed while they worked & a few times they wanted me to review before making it final. I appreciated that. They cleaned up behind themselves, so well that they even took my nails that I left on the floor for another project :). Leslie, Johnny & Dontae gets five stars ⭐️

  The company was phenomenal from start to finish. Seth came out looked over the scope of work we wanted done, provided 3 options and explained each one in detail, answered multiple questions at different times between my husband and I. Seth was the same tech that came back out and did the work. The workmanship and dedication to get the job done right was sure proven by the time he put in. He even came back the following day to ensure everything was working correctly. No mess was left in the house after a full electrical upgrade was done. Great work! Highly recommend anyone in the 757 to call if you need electrical work done. Hopefully you get Seth for your next job.

  Hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a plumber. They are my number one choice and I'll forever be utilizing them. We had a flooding in our upstairs bathroom which leaked down into our kitchen ceiling and dripped through it. Dispatch was incredibly kind and they sent an AWESOME plumber named Kyle. He was informative, very thorough, but most importantly, empathetic. He found the root cause and immediately got to fixing. He even gave us the name of a very reputable Veteran Owned and Operated Restoration company who even called us the same night (this all happened at 1830 and by 2000 we had Kyle from Get Lit in our house!). I highly recommend! Thanks Kyle!
