  We had a great experience with Floors Unlimited from start to finish. The entire team was helpful throughout the process and even followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with everything. What really stood out to me was the personal attention. With a lot of companies, you work with one person during the sales process and then a crew you’ve never met shows up to do the work. Kevin was the first person I spoke with, and he made a point to be on site the first day of the project and continued checking in throughout the process. That level of communication and customer service really made a difference. I can’t recommend Kevin and the team at Floors Unlimited enough.

  They don't do any work for the government.😮Asked them to come out to the base to give us a quote on carpet and got rejected.

  I had an outstanding experience with Floors Unlimited, truly world class from start to finish. To give some context, I had LVP flooring installed previously by another contractor, and the job was honestly terrible. It left me frustrated and skeptical about going through the process again. From the moment I connected with Floors Unlimited, that completely changed. Kevin came out first to assess everything and take measurements. You can immediately tell he knows his craft. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to really understand what needed to be corrected, not just rushed through it. His experience and attention to detail gave me a ton of confidence right from the start. Then Will handled the entire install himself, which was impressive in itself. He completed the job in just three days, and I still can’t get over the quality of the work. Watching him work, you could see how methodical and precise he is. Everything was done with intention and care. The floors came out absolutely flawless. On top of that, Will was great to communicate with throughout the entire process. Professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what he does. After dealing with a bad experience before, this was exactly what I was hoping for and more. The difference in quality is night and day. I would never go anywhere else and highly recommend Floors Unlimited to anyone looking for top-tier flooring work.

  Philip was so helpful in re-carpeting my house…and had it done so fast! I didn’t know I could love carpet so much! The stairs were wrapped so nicely (compared to what Dragas did!). I would recommended them to anyone. Great company.

  Wow! I have been nothing but impressed with Floors Unlimited so far. We have decided to hire them a second time due to their amazing customer service and quality of install craftsmanship. Kevin is an absolute rockstar; count yourself lucky if you get the honor to work with him. Their tile team did an AMAZING job with our classroom transitioning to bathroom tile job. Very very high quality and craftsmanship for their install. Flooring installers are a dime a dozen, and we have had some really negative experiences based on choosing the wrong company… You just can’t go wrong with a family run business who has been servicing the Great Bridge area for nearly half a century. Rock bottom pricing, high quality installs, and super cool people which is important.
