  I am a local real estate professional and have worked with Jeff and Family Flooring on multiple occasions. I can not say enough positive things. I have recommended Family Flooring to my clients replacing and upgrading flooring, looking for a quality business with excellent customer service, prompt responses and every time exceeding expectations. Jeff stands on his company and warranties. I have had several properties with leaks and his company has come in and removed, repaired and replaced flooring. They have installed flooring to uninstall same flooring because of a leak and then gone back and fixed the subfloor and put the floor back..all with ease of service and going more than above and beyond. This is a perfect example of supporting local and receiving excellence.

  We had an outstanding experience with Family Flooring from start to finish! One of the owners personally came out right on time to provide our estimate, and it was honest, fair, and very competitive. There was no pressure just straightforward professionalism. Once we decided to move forward, they got us on the schedule quickly and immediately got to work. The crew replaced the flooring on our entire second floor, including the stairs, and completed everything in just a day and a half. We were blown away by both the speed and the quality of their craftsmanship. The installers were punctual, hardworking, respectful of our home, and paid close attention to every detail. The finished product looks absolutely beautiful, and the transformation exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, communicates well, shows up on time, charges a fair price, and produces exceptional work but Family Flooring did all of that. We couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for new flooring. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

  This is a wonderful, reputable company to work with. Jeff and Tony have gone above and beyond to help us with problems with our floor. The product i chose was not really suitable for my situation. They are working to get me taken care of at their expense. Cannot recommend them more. I have never experienced the level of help and integrity in a business that I have here.   I have worked with Kevin on several projects over the years on different rental properties. Family Flooring always helps me make good choices based on the needs of the project and budget. Today, I had two rooms of carpet replaced at my own personal house. Kevin helped us choose a carpet that will hold up against the busy lives of children and dogs, fit within our budget, and looks fantastic in our home. The installation team was very quick and efficient, respectful of our space, and did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things!!
