  Went to Family Flooring first to just get a look at carpet because we weren't sure if we were ready to go ahead with it. We did not want to go to a store like Lowe's or Home Depot. Kevin was fantastic! He helped us understand the options and what might be best for our need. We took several samples home to see what we liked the best. Kevin came to our house, gave us a free estimate and we decided to go ahead with the carpet.(great price!) The carpet came in sooner than expected and we scheduled the install quickly. Arnold came on time on Monday morning and was wonderful. Installation in one day! Thank you Kevin, Arnold and the other installer whose name I don't know. Thank you!!! We love our new carpet!! We won't go anywhere else for flooring needs in the future. Highly recommend!!

  We had an outstanding experience with Family Flooring from start to finish! One of the owners personally came out right on time to provide our estimate, and it was honest, fair, and very competitive. There was no pressure just straightforward professionalism. Once we decided to move forward, they got us on the schedule quickly and immediately got to work. The crew replaced the flooring on our entire second floor, including the stairs, and completed everything in just a day and a half. We were blown away by both the speed and the quality of their craftsmanship. The installers were punctual, hardworking, respectful of our home, and paid close attention to every detail. The finished product looks absolutely beautiful, and the transformation exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, communicates well, shows up on time, charges a fair price, and produces exceptional work but Family Flooring did all of that. We couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for new flooring. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

  This is a wonderful, reputable company to work with. Jeff and Tony have gone above and beyond to help us with problems with our floor. The product i chose was not really suitable for my situation. They are working to get me taken care of at their expense. Cannot recommend them more. I have never experienced the level of help and integrity in a business that I have here. Please consider this business for all your flooring needs. You won't be disappointed. The Marroletti's of Chesapeake.

  Worst company I've ever done business with ! After sending someone that was supposed to remove 2 layers of tile and replace my floor. After an hour, the guy walked off the job saying he didn't know how to do the job. I had to hire another company to finish the job ! Store manager totally out of control. Screaming at me over the phone. I paid for half the job upfront. I still have not received even a partial refund or an explanation. I attempted to find the owner, Jeff Jechura, but couldn't find an physical address; email or telephone number for him. Tony Johnson, Co-Owner, I haven't heard a response from him either. I have photos. I will add later.
