The product i chose was not really suitable for my situation. They are working to get me taken care of at their expense. Cannot recommend them more. Today my boyfriend wanted to go to home depot and I said "no there's a great local, family owned store we need to go to." Although they had carpet there and it was hours before the posted closing time we were told it was "too late in the day" to help us. Disappointed is an understatement. Guess we will just go to a big box store instead! I only gave 2 stars instead of one because the service years ago was so good.

So I hired someone else two days ago and the $1950 job is already done. Don't wast your time on a company that does not have the decency to return messages generated via potential customers through their own website contact form.
