  Very impressed by the effort, end result and price with Efficient Air. Given the summer heat, I was grateful to have this done so quickly. Bill and team are true professionals. His techs even helped program the new thermostats to my phone. Couldn't be happier.

  Extremely professional, hard working & knowledgeable!!! Excellent communication & service!! Looked online for a professional in Tidewater. Located Efficient Air called on Sat. & set up an appt. For the following Tues. when the time came and went called again. Mrs. Harris explained that another Co. with similar name in nother state. Explained what needed (no air). She outlined that her husband was in NC & could see me after that. He came & repaired what was needed. Have found my “go to” company!! Will be scheduling routine maintenance visits to avoid being HOT again!! Highly recommend!!!

  Bill and his crew were awesome! They were all very personable and could answer my questions diligently and accurately. Bill came over to scope out the work and provided his estimate which he kept. I paid exactly what he said it would cost. Compare that to several of the other local contractors, one contractor sent a salesperson to my house and without even looking at my old A/C unit provided an estimate that was twice as high as Bill's quote! Not even a heat loss calculation! Bill and his crew were amazing, you hear the saying; "you get what you paid for" and with Bill you will get exactly that, a perfectly sized unit that is reliable, installed expertly and in a timely manner at the right cost. Fantastic crew, fantastic company, they are now my to go team!

  I have known bill for a long time now and he has always taken good care of our family! 7 years ago we switched over from oil heat to an efficient Electric heat pump system and Bill and his employees did a fantastic job! Whenever an emergency arises, he is quick to respond with excellent service! This man and his company is extremely loyal and will always be there for you when you need him. I cannot say enough about Bill and his company. He has provided services for my elderly father and is always highly professional and charges a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this man and his company for your HVAC needs!

  Bill and his team were fantastic to work with. It was a rather difficult job but they made it seem easy. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to interact with. I’m extremely happy with the services and would absolutely recommend them.
