  Bill was a God send, my AC went out on July 4th and he was the only HVAC company who replied quickly and was able to come out the next following morning to take care of the issue. He went above and beyond to help me. So thankful for his help in replacing the condenser in the outside unit.

  I’ve used this company for my annual HVAC maintenance, and they always do a great job. The technician is thorough, professional, and makes sure everything is running efficiently.   After calling a few different companies with no one having availability for same day, I found Efficient on Facebook! I called and Bill was able to come by at 5PM. He called to let me know he was on his way which is appreciated. Bill and his worker were very professional, came right in, got right to diagnosing the problem with my HVAC system, checked out a few different things and had it fixed within maybe 20 minutes. Life saving in this heat! I will be using his company for future issues/tune ups. Thank you, Bill!

  Absolutely fantastic! Air conditioner just stopped last night. I contacted him this morning and he stopped by on his way home from installing a system elsewhere. Happened to have the part needed in his truck, got it fixed and we are good to go! Very friendly and great service! Definitely recommend!

  Bill and his team were highly professional and just amazing to work with. I had several "big name" companies come out and give us quotes and all of them gave us the run around, selling us up one side and down the other. They quoted us an astronomical number then "called their boss" to give us a several thousand "cut" which was still a ridiculous number. I was sick of the unethical "used car salesman" game and a friend recomended finding a nice local small business and I'm so glad I did! Not only were the other guys quoting me 3+ thousand more than Bill, but I also got a WAY nicer system. Bill offers a premium product at the right price and worked hard to get the job done same day. His crew was respectful and trustworthy and they treated my home very well. It was a big job--our entire system (26 years old) needed to be replaced in our 1955 home. I could not be happier with the job they did. I will never use a "big name" company owned by private equity ever again, small businesses are where its at in the HVAC world!
