  My experience with my technician was great. He was very professional he came in very friendly and went right to work. Found out what the problem was got the part and repaired my air conditioner. He finished so fast I was surprised. He did a great job. Thank you for your efficient employee.

  Well I had another experience with Cutting Edge Total Comfort. My hvac stopped once again and they sent Brandon to look at the problem. I want to thank you Brandon for your expertise in this fill of work. My problem seems to be solved and my wife and I want to show our gratitude by writing this review. This has been an amazing experience for us living in the house with no air. The temperature outside at 90 degrees and on the inside at 85 degrees. We thank God for giving you the patience and skills to do what you do, for being the people person that you are. We can enjoy a restful night tonight because you took the time to figure out what was wrong with the system and we are grateful for that. We would RECOMMEND CUTTING EDGE AND BRANDON TO ANYONE IN NEED OF SERVING. THANK YOU SIR.....

  I had the pleasure of having my HVAC serviced by Cutting Edge Total Comfort (Technician = Brandon). The company was quick to contact me and schedule my service. They texted me with realtime updates and sent me a photo of the qualified technician coming to service my unit. They had a technician at my house with no delay during August, which is historically the hottest month in my area. The technician was courteous and professional. Prior to entering my home he automatically put on shoe covers and was ready to assess the system. As he inspected my system Brandon took the time to explain any discrepancies discovered and how it could affect the system. He spoke with confidence and knew the HVAC system “inside/out”. I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and will call Cutting Edge Total Comfort in the future. I highly recommend this company!

  I had an issue with my hvac turning on an off and staying off for 2-3 days at a time. The weather being in the nineties every day you can imagine how uncomfortable it has been for my wife and i sitting in the house with no air. My warranty company called Cutting Edge on Tuesday afternoon and they called me back to setup a time to come out on Wednesday. By my surprise, the tech Beau Suttles was at my door at 8:30am. Let me say how professional he was. First: he was very polite which was a blessing, he was so attentive to everything i was sharing with him about the hvac. He asked me questions, which i really appreciated. He then looked at the thermostat then went outside to the hvac. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing( checking for) and ruled out things that it couldn't be. I want to thank you Beau for being a great person a great professional and a great Technician. I'll call you Dr. Beau from now on. Thank you Cutting Edge for your kindness. To the Lady who called back, I apologize for not remembering your name, thank you. I WOULD RECOMMEND CUTTING EDGE TO ANYONE IN NEED OF WORK. you can't go wrong with this company.

  DREW was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My AC was blowing out hot air and they came out the very same day!! I spoke with GENE who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. GENE added me to the schedule and I’m SO APPRECIATIVE for his support!! DREW was proficient, professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable! He explained the work and also checked the ductwork and the system to ensure that it’s working properly! I will use this coming again!! KUDOS to DREW & GENE for making this happen for me today—and with such short notice!!
