We got a second opinion with cutting edge and they fixed our boiler and said it should last another at least five years the technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

They replaced ithe Defective part and gave the unit a thorough Check up. I’m really impressed by this company. not only were the technicians on time, but it only took them a few minutes to figure out what the problem was and to fix it. I highly recommend them.

It took him about 15 minutes total, if that to diagnose and service my system. He then waited around to take diagnostics to ensure pressures were right. He turned the system back on and then we “cooking with Crisco!! I really appreciate the quick response to my concerns from the company. They assigned someone less than 24 hours. I went to bed and woke up to a call that they had assigned someone to come out on the hottest day, with a heat advisory. Thank you so much Cutting Edge Total Comfort!! Keep up the outstanding customer service!!
