  Conner Plumbing and Air Conditioning Company is not just a rare company that is excellent in what they do as technicians but most importantly, a hard to find kindest people who do this not just for a living but to help people. In this current economy, a little help financially especially in unexpected circumstances on repairs such as AC, heater, and plumbing issues, most companies would take advantage of the demand signal from the needs of the customers. However, Conner Plumbing and AC company is not just all about money but helping the community. The best customer service of not rushing the repair but making sure that before they leave, they have checked all possible issues after they have identified the issues and resolved it. I have never in a million years would believe that a company like them still exists. A company of experts, service to the people and their community, and most of all, real good people. I really hope that more companies such as small business like Conner Plumbing and AC will grow because all their technicians as very skilled subject matter experts and provides impeccable service that is of high quality in a very great price in this struggling economy. Please support businesses like Conner Plumbing and AC because they are a blessing in the community. I can’t thank them enough and it was worth the wait for them to be available. The best in Hampton Roads and will never go to any companies ever again for plumbing, heating, cooling issues other than Conner Plumbing and AC! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I can’t thank them enough for doing what they do in helping their customers in this summer season. If I can give more than 5 stars, they earned all of the stars of what a role model company should be in the United States. It makes me believe in the good of humanity and good companies still exist.

  Recently after having heart surgery, Benjamin showed up to diagnose why sewage was backing up. I called Tuesday morning after explaining my dilemma he showed up just after noon. He was able to diagnose that it was a City problem and the lines were clogged on the city side. Fast service, trust worthy employees, and great value. Will definitely be using them for all my future needs!!

Benjamin explains everything that needs to be done and the costs and options if there are any. This is the most dependable, reliable, trustworthy companies I have ever dealt with.

  Great Company to work with. Needed 15 year old water heater replaced. Bob and his team were able to get me scheduled earlier than expected and did a great job. Ben was on right on time, had the new water heater in and before I knew it he was cleaned up, clearing air from the lines and done! What a clean, efficient and professional job! Thanks Ben. 5 Stars. I highly reccommend Connor Mechanical.
