  Conner Plumbing and Air Conditioning Company is not just a rare company that is excellent in what they do as technicians but most importantly, a hard to find kindest people who do this not just for a living but to help people. In this current economy, a little help financially especially in unexpected circumstances on repairs such as AC, heater, and plumbing issues, most companies would take advantage of the demand signal from the needs of the customers. However, Conner Plumbing and AC company is not just all about money but helping the community. The best customer service of not rushing the repair but making sure that before they leave, they have checked all possible issues after they have identified the issues and resolved it. I have never in a million years would believe that a company like them still exists. A company of experts, service to the people and their community, and most of all, real good people. I really hope that more companies such as small business like Conner Plumbing and AC will grow because all their technicians as very skilled subject matter experts and provides impeccable service that is of high quality in a very great price in this struggling economy. Please support businesses like Conner Plumbing and AC because they are a blessing in the community. I can’t thank them enough and it was worth the wait for them to be available. The best in Hampton Roads and will never go to any companies ever again for plumbing, heating, cooling issues other than Conner Plumbing and AC! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I can’t thank them enough for doing what they do in helping their customers in this summer season. If I can give more than 5 stars, they earned all of the stars of what a role model company should be in the United States. It makes me believe in the good of humanity and good companies still exist.

  I cannot recommend Conner Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning enough! Our finished room over the garage (FROG), despite having ducts connected to our main HVAC system, just couldn’t stay cool—something I’ve learned is a common issue. Since I work from home a few days a week from this space and summer was quickly approaching, I needed a solution. The room temperature would often climb into the upper 80s! James came out to evaluate the situation and walked me through my options. We had a thoughtful discussion about my goals and budget, and ultimately decided on installing a mini split. I wasn’t interested in a window unit—even though it would’ve been the most budget-friendly choice, it just wasn’t what I was looking for. We settled on a Fujitsu mini split, and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the installation. No corners were cut. I happened to come home on my lunch break the day it was being installed, and I saw one of the technicians on a ladder carefully wiping down the plastic housing that encases the copper line and power cables from the outside unit to the inside one. While this might seem like a small detail, that level of care and pride in their work is exactly what I want from a contractor.   10/10 call for all you HVAC needs. I called them early Friday morning about 8 AM. My A/C unit contactor had gone out overnight and the house was nearly 78 degrees. Benjamin arrived shortly after 10 AM, and got right to work diagnosing and repairing my unit. The prompt response was greatly appreciated as my wife is nearly 8 months pregnant. The repair was completed in a little under an hour and a half with a full service on the freon, unit, and inspection and replacement of the house filters. I cannot recommend them enough!! Additionally. I was able to get a very reasonable quote on replacement of the A/C system. Excellent customer service!
