  We had a existing softener system in our home we bought and called to get it serviced. Tech came out and said it was so old it needed to be replaced. They were able to install a new system 2 days later. Water condition is SO much better. Only regret is that we didn't call sooner to have it replaced!

  Last year I asked Steven from Coastal to come and test my well water intake. He came by and did a thorough check of my system and water. It was determined that I had a large amount of iron coming in and he suggested a new RO ‘system and/or at a bare minimum a drinking water filtration system installed. We went with the drinking water install and it went well. 1 year later I asked for them to stop by to install my new filters and re-check my system and he came back and we decided that it was best long term to install the RO he suggested the year before. His team came in and they did a quick and easy install and we’ve already noticed a big difference. While installing they found a silting issue that may be a problem for the drain line, something I would’ve never known about. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, hospitality and tireless work ethic Steven and his team showed during their visit. I highly recommend Coastal Water for all your filtration needs!   I had the pleasure of purchasing a unit from Steve at Coastal Water. A month ago I had an emergency leak from an RO that came with my house and called around looking for help. Eventually I had a plumber come to fix the leak but I also had Coastal come by to see what would be needed to replace the unit entirely. Steve provided in-depth knowledge and advice as to what the best course of action would be. He worked with my schedule to for installation and was super quick on the day he installed it. By that afternoon I had the most luxurious and silky water coming out of my sink and showers. Can’t speak highly enough about Steven’s customer service throughout the process - I really was convinced to by this water softener by his professionalism and genuine interest in helping. Would recommend to anyone interested in amazing water!
