Chase and his partner were able to start a bit early and were friendly and professional. They completed all necessary chimney work and cleaning efficiently and at a fair price! They are now our number 1 choice for all of our fireplace and chimney work. We highly recommend them!

Ethan is fantastic. Calls before he arrives and is always super clean. Let’s me know if repairs can be done by myself or if I should use a professional.

We really appreciated the professional, informative and easy approach to complicated issues. They did the chimney cleaning, advised us on different features for wood stoves, repaired the chimney and did mortar repairs. Case, Andrew and Brett were wonderful. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

Chimney USA responded quickly to a leak in my chimney. They were easy to work this and communication was great. After the work they cleaned up nicely as well! I found them to be honest and friendly and I strongly recommend them.

Brett did an excellent job repairing 2 fireplaces as part of a home inspection. He then returned to make a video teaching the new owner and home inspector how to turn it on when they couldn’t figure out….even though he left excellent instructions on how to do so.
