Brett and his experienced team were punctual and extremely professional throughout the process. I appreciated the before-and-after photos and videos showing the improvements. The work was completed exactly as promised, and the cleanup was immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality chimney repair services."

  We received excellent service on all fronts. The representative that took my initial call for scheduling was very friendly and scheduled me as soon as possible. Chase came to do the inspection, communicated clearly what needed to be done and answered all of our questions. He also cleaned our chimney quickly and efficiently and left our living room spotless. The gentleman that came and did the repair called before arriving and competed the job on time. We are very happy and will happily recommend this company to family and friends.

  Jase at Chimney USA provided prompt scheduling to evaluate and quote. On site he listened to what we had been dealing with and gave a detailed explanation of what he thought was causing our chimney leak. Offered multiple options to accommodate our budget. Completed work on schedule and upon completion of the work we experienced 7” of rain in one week, the chimney never leaked! Highly recommend. Chesapeake, VA

  Very glad I hired Chimney USA for new chimney crown and repointing brick work. Looks great! They inspected and found firebox needed updating and got that up to code. They also installed new stainless steel chimney cap damper and cleaned the flue. Excellent work, price was reasonable, and super pleasant folks to be around. I’m very pleased.
