He was professional, showed up on time, communicated clearly, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Everything was installed perfectly and the attention to detail really showed. It’s hard to find contractors who take this much pride in their work anymore. I would absolutely recommend Josiah Brown to anyone needing garage door work done. Great experience from start to finish!

During the estimate, Joshua noticed a track bolt backing out on my other door and said, “I can’t leave here with it looking like that,” before fixing it on the spot. That level of attention to detail and pride in their work told me everything I needed to know about the company. That same professionalism carried through the entire install. Fair pricing, quality work, and excellent customer service the whole way around. If you need garage door work done and want a company that actually cares about doing things right, you can’t go wrong with A1 Garage Door Service.

- NLNancy LeeMay 8, 20261.0Called to see if it can book a appointment for same day, understanding that it could be a chance that they could not, and they couldn't, so I asked about Saturday and was told that they are closed, so I said asked about advertising for 24 hours and was td that, thats for emergencies only and its more expensive, I in return said well its misleading cause you advertise those hours but not really available those hours, so if your looking to get 24 hours service from this company, look elsewhere, they are only open Monday-Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, not 24 hours.
