- ULUvaldo Lopez6 days ago5.0We have used W.E. Brown for our heating and air needs. This time, we scheduled their service to install two long overhead light fixtures. Eric was our electrician. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He made the installation assessment and determined there had to be some rewiring based on the new light fixtures. He was knowledgeable, thorough in his explanation, and incredibly reassuring. He did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. For your electrical needs, ask for Eric at W.E. Brown for a top-notch job! I really appreciate his expertise and couldn't ask for better service!

I also know the office manager well they are at we Brown and they are a top rate company. I highly recommend them.

I experienced a clear lack of transparency of costs when making phone appointments, and overcharging when they visited in person; this appears to have occurred to others looking at the comments below. I had a 15 minute consultation, for which the plumber arrived 3 hours late. There was no notification, no understanding that people are taking time off work to make themselves available. I was charged $210 including a diagnostic fee of $115 (the diagnosis here involved flushing a toilet thrice). Despite requests to not contact me, I have repeatedly received multiple emails and text messages with quotes for future service with no apparent way to STOP or unsubscribe. I have explained the issue with the overcharged diagnostic fee over emails, with very limited understanding and customer service. You will be better off calling a local plumber.

I really appreciate that, when I call, they will usually send the same techs over which helps a lot as they get to know our property and we get to know them. Our plumber, Edwin, has been here several times and has always given us great service. Our electrician is also wonderful!
