  I would have preferred a more seasoned electrician. Danny was very polite, honest and called when he was running late. Greatly appreciated. Robertson is definitely customer oriented. I have dealt with Robertson once before and was very pleased with the electrician I dealt with. I suggest that Danny Shadows a senior member on the team a bit more. He needs more knowledge of the business and that definitely comes with more experience.

  I purchased a new freezer. And it was not possible to plug it in The GFI sockets in the garage so it wasn’t working and all my food was in freezer bags and coolers. I called Robertson Electric on Saturday afternoon and they came Saturday afternoon put in a new socket that was not GFI(According to the new freeze installation instructions) And now everything is working fine. I their response to my need and their price was great considering it was a weekend and last minute. Their Electrician was personable and knowledgeable and got right to the point and quickly did the job I certainly will not hesitate to use them again. This is the second time I had called them in the last three years. Good job guys keep up the good work!!! And thank you

  Austin from Robertson was here right at 8 am to repair the supply line on our powder room toilet. While (understandably) he did not have a bronze replacement, he noted that we needed one on the work order, arranged for it to be ordered, and installed a stainless steel one for the interim. Very professional service.

  Mr. McDaniels was very efficient in his diagnosis of the problem and the repair necessary to fix my AC in my HVAC system. His explanation of the problem and the cure was easy to understand.He was very neat and polite and meticulously clean in his work AND his outside work was in the rain!! I plan to specifically ask for Mr. McDaniel in the future.

  I had a fairly serious electrical issue that presented on Sunday afternoon. I called Robertson, and they had an electrician (Danny) at my house within two hours. Danny was extremely professional in all aspects of his work. He was methodical in his troubleshooting, and was able to pinpoint the issue in less than one hour. I had a follow up appointment to finish the work, and Danny, along with Eli, completed all the work in less than one hour. A great overall experience with Robertson. I will absolutely use them in the future.
