  Our garage door spring snapped unexpectedly, and the garage door wouldn’t open. From the first phone call, the person who answered was professional, kind, and efficient. A technician was at our home within an hour! Saben was incredibly nice, explained the issue and repair process clearly, and made the whole experience easy. Our dog recently had major surgery, so we asked for quiet interactions in the house to help keep him calm. Saben was thoughtful and took extra care to accommodate our request when coming in and out of the house. That extra attention truly meant so much to us. The repair was completed quickly, and we can barely hear our garage door opening and closing now! We really appreciate the extra-mile service and professionalism. Thank you for making an unexpected expense so easy to navigate and resolve so quickly. Highly recommend!

  Saban Slotboom from Prolift Garage Doors of Charlottesville did a great job of diagnosing the problem with my garage door which would only open about 2 feet before closing again. He replaced the broken springs and was polite and professional. I would definitely call this company again if I had a problem. I especially appreciated the fact that they were able to send a technician out the day I called for an appointment.
