Our garage door motor and belt were broken and Prolift was able to come and replace them within 24 hours. Actually, they were available to come the same day, yet we were unavailable. I was so impressed with the prompt service, professionalism of Amon, our repair consultant, and the efficiency of the repair. The work was completed in about 90 minutes. In addition, Amon walked me through the mechanics of the new equipment, and even took the time to show me how the garage system worked, for future understanding and repairs. He told me we had quality doors, and didn't anticipate we needed new doors (which made me trust him). Two additional things stood out- when they texted to confirm the appointment - they sent a picture of our service provider with his full name so we would know exactly who was arriving at our door and what he looked like (as a mom alone at home with her kids, I really appreciated this). In addition, they are Veteran owned and offered a military discount, which made me feel good about supporting their business. With labor and parts from what I priced out online, their prices were competitive. We had a positive experience.

I had a fantastic experience with ProLift! It’s rare to find a company that values its customers this much. The technician was incredibly professional and took the time to point out some aging components (motor and springs) that I’ll need to keep an eye on. I really appreciate their honesty and will definitely be calling them when it's time for those replacements. Highly recommend!

Great support from the technician Jesse Utz and customer service.
Jesse was courteous, professional and helpful in his recommendations. We will proceed with replacing our garage door based on the service received.

I finally had enough with the noisy junky builder-grade garage door opener and the plastic rollers popping out of the track. Quick searching landed me at ProLift. Filled out the web form Saturday around noon, they called back within an hour, arrived and checked things out and gave a quote for a replacement. I signed the quote Saturday afternoon and Jesse Utz came out Monday to install it. Wow it's heaven now. Can barely hear it open/shut and everything looks and feels tight and solid. Very happy now. Jesse was fantastic - definitely ask for him!
I found this company online leaving work, saw it had great reviews, veteran owned and called them up. I was so relieved I was able to get someone to repair my garage right after work on a Friday since someone else cancelled. I was happy to get quick support and when the tech arrived he said my 4 year old single door garage torsion spring was broke so he recommended a full torsion rebuild and quoted me $1500. I was like wow, am I getting a new garage. Well, no, the tech took 30 minutes to replace one torsion spring, three brackets, two cables, two cable wheels, an 8-10' pole, and 10 nylon wheels.I thought its late, I really need the garage repaired, its Friday evening, no need to argue pricing with a tech so I paid and then later I emailed the company that evening after researching local pricing online and national high performance parts cost that the company claims they use on their website just to have clarity on cost and maybe this was all just a simple mistake. I thought maybe the owner would understand and offer a partial refund because nothing online was more than a third of the cost. After a few weeks and no reply, I decided to call to ask about my email and asked to talk to management who I was told will call me back. I never did received a call that day but I did get an email reply the following day. I was told by the owner thats the price for a full torsion rebuild with performance parts and 10 year warranty. Again, I looked over reviews, compared prices online for parts and labor cost and I just don't understand the cost. I even saw one of the reviews on Google where someone else felt overcharged and they payed $700 less than I did and they had two torsion springs installed which is the most expensive part aside from the pole you see on the invoice. Lucky for me this is a veteran owned company helping out another veteran. Hope this helps anyone out there looking for a garage repair. You can see the parts replaced and my invoice to understand.
