- ACA. ClarkeJun 24, 20262.0At the end of May 2026, I went into Floor Fashions to look at carpet. Mike greeted me, walked me around the showroom, and answered all of my questions. He sent me home with samples and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out. I received a quote the same day and followed up two days later with some changes. That was the last I heard from him. I sent a follow up email and called a week later. I was told he would call on his next day at work. I still haven't received a call. The two stars are for Mike's demeanor during my time in the showroom.

The generosity, genuine interaction and thoughtfulness I experienced was wonderfully uplifting. Needed that as much as their help - especially when a member of your family has gone down. However, I would recommend going with someone else for the installation. In my case I followed up for months and never did get an issue with part of the trim settled.
