  Justin spent quite a lot of time diagnosing why there was no appreciable cooling occurring on the second floor. He tested the outdoor unit, Zone 1/Zone 2 working together and independently. He also checked the indoor unit, both thermostats and all the settings. Justin’s service report was remarkably in-depth. You can tell from the report he is a very good Service Tech and I’m glad he was the one to come out.

  During the worst day of the worst heat wave, our AC went out. When Andy came from Beck Cohen he couldn't diagnose the problem because the unit was frozen. He made arrangements to come back the next day and in the meantime Isaiah set us up with window ACs to hold us over. The unit was repaired as promised on the next day. Thank you to Andy Prichette and Isaiah Critzer for great and fast service!

  I can't recommend Beck Cohen enough! They are always professional, knowledgeable, and do an outstanding job. Bobby was a great technician and was very prompt, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. One of the best decisions I made was signing up for their yearly maintenance membership. Whenever I need service, they respond incredibly quickly, which gives me great peace of mind. It's rare to find a company that consistently provides this level of customer service and reliability. If you're looking for an honest, dependable HVAC company that truly takes care of its customers, this is the one. Highly recommend!

  Today Bobby Smith from Beck Cohen came to complete some warranty repair work that he previously diagnosed and has now gotten our heat pump working properly once again. Bobby was very professional, polite, on-time and efficient and also shared some good troubleshooting tips as well as a few other tricks for keeping the system running properly which was appreciated. Was glad that Beck Cohen stood behind their installation work and got things properly replaced and functioning again. We expect the system should now perform properly and appreciated Bobby's relaxed demeanor and friendliness. Service businesses are based on their people and Bobby is a valuable asset.

  Saleman did a great job explaining options for a new system. All personnel we talked with were personable and professional. However: Scheduling did not communicate well with salesman and installation did not begin as agreed with salesman. Delay of three weeks. Multiple issues with "service person on way and service person arrived" notifications. Because "service person on the way" was not sent until the person was at house, my wife did not leave work to meet them and get temporary ac window units. Staffer left theee units on porch for us to install. They were not emptied of condensate from previous use and overflowed in the mater bedroom causing loss of carpet and smell issues. The morning of the delayed install, notified that it was delayed to afternoon. Midmorning we got notification that staffer was on way and then one minute later notified that he had arrived. But they were not actually there and we were able to adjust and get off work to meet them. Installation ran overtime. This delay in start and then technical issues with install pushed back us leaving for my daughter's graduation by six hours. Flow switch for cutoff from leaks still not fixed (either manufacturing or installation issue as it was new). I advised that we should not complete a review prior to having the full installation in place but they keep sending notification to review so here it is.
