Several visits later, a part was replaced that didn’t fix the problem. After another diagnosis visit, the system was no longer working at all. And the company advertises 24/7 and emergency service but has not gotten back in touch after a call and a text yesterday evening, and chatting with the AI this afternoon.

Beck Cohen has been outstanding time and time again - including an urgent AC repair and a last-minute plumbing issue. Just this week alone, we had a visit from Bobby (AC Maintenance) and Andy (plumbing fix), and both were courteous, on time, and, most importantly, did excellent work. Cannot recommend Beck Cohen enough. And thanks, Andy and Bobby!
