  Poor communication, subpar workmanship, property damage, and unfulfilled contract terms. Be advised, your dollar will go farther with a company that honors its contract. I paid Apex Roofing almost $7,000 for a roof and balcony membrane project, only to be left in a worse position than before the work started. The project resulted in property damage during installation and compounded issues with the waterproof membrane. Warranty requests have gone unresolved, and communication has been dismissed and ignored since payment has been made. Following multiple outreach attempts, the owner personally promised to inspect the property himself; however, no visit was made, and subsequent follow-up attempts over the past two weeks have been ignored. Apex Roofing appears capitalized on local demand following the recent hail storm, choosing to abandon and ignore existing customers with defective work to chase new contracts. I have documented and shared evidence of the entire process, the poor condition my property was left in, and the lack of post-sale support. I strongly advise hiring a contractor that stands behind their work and maintains open communication with their customers through the entire scope established rather than ghosting customers once they have your money.

  Our experience with Apex Roofing has been wonderful. The entire workforce has been a pleasure to work with. The estimater was able to explain exactly what we could expect with the roof replacement; there were no surprises. The initial crew came at the time we expected them and prepared the site completely. The roofing crew worked through two VERY hot days until past sundown each day to complete the job. When they were finished, the cleanup was very thorough. What can be a stressful process was made much easier and their price was in line with other companies we surveyed. We are pleased with having worked with the entire company.

  There are many roofing contractors in the area, but I want to highlight one that truly stands out in our community. After the recent hailstorm, I reached out to Apex Roofing to get an estimate and have them inspect my roof. I have a basic understanding of roofs and can do some shingle work myself, so I approached this process with some knowledge. The very next day, Andrew Campbell arrived at my home equipped with the proper tools and gear to conduct a thorough and professional assessment. When evaluating a business, I consider various aspects, including demeanor, responsiveness to questions, reviews, and more. Andrew's consistent professionalism made me feel confident in their reliability. As we inspected my roof, he answered all my questions and provided updates on current building code regulations. Before he left, I informed him that I was ready to move forward without even waiting for the estimate. When I finally received it, I found the price to be very fair. I had no reason to look any further, and I appreciated Andrew's integrity throughout the process. His clear communication with both the insurance company and me made me feel respected and reassured as a client. His crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day, even during some of the hottest days of summer. When it came time to install the new gutters, his team returned in the afternoon and worked until dark, striving to stay on schedule and keep customers satisfied. Their dedication made me extremely grateful for their hard work and commitment. While there are many roofing contractors available, I highly recommend Andrew Campbell and the team at Apex Roofing for their professionalism and dedication to their work. You will be in good hands with them.

  We have used Apex for our business repairs, and recently a former co-worker needed some repair done at his home. Apex is our go to roofing company. They came out and assessed with fair pricing and returned and did a remarkable job of the repair of our friend's roof. We highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!

  Competitive pricing, service was fast & professional. They went above and beyond- used highly rated and warranty backed GAF shingles, replaced everything that I didn’t know need replacing (like the boot) and fixed a ventilation problem caused by the previous roofers. They also cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards at very competitive prices when included with the installation. All of that and they were super friendly too!
