  Our technician/plumber, JR Cadiche, was very professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly and effectively repair our problems problems. The office staff were also very helpful in quickly getting us an appointment, and keeping us updated on the ordered parts. We have been gold members with SSI for years and highly recommend.

  Greg from SSI arrived at my home on the morning of 9/10 to unclog the kitchen sink drain. He said he’s been with the company for seven years. Greg is very personable and professional. He made sure the job was done right and the kitchen drain was running free and clear. Job well done!

  We had an active plumbing leak and Service Specialties was able to get a technician to our house the same day I called. Fernando Garcia arrived when scheduled and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem, corrected the problem and was a pleasure to work with. Very impressive organization!

  Bill D. did an outstanding job servicing my heating and air-conditioning system today. He was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explain the work that needed to be done, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. What impressed me most about Bill was that he didn’t simply address the immediate issue. He took the time to educate me about my HVAC system, including how to properly maintain it, what I should be looking for going forward, and the warning signs that could indicate a developing problem. His guidance will help me be more proactive and hopefully identify issues before they become major repairs. I really appreciated Bill’s patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made the entire experience very comfortable and gave me a great deal of confidence in the work being performed. Bill D. has definitely earned my trust, and he will be the technician I request for any future HVAC service or repairs. Five stars and highly recommended!

  We love this company! Our family switched to SSI for two properties to maintain for all our HVAC and water issues and we’re constantly impressed with their level of service! Recently had the HVAC unit go out on a condo and from start to finish it was great service. The lead technician tried everything they could to repair it but to no avail. The very next morning a consultant came to measure and fit a new unit as well as provide a temporary portable AC unit at no charge until the new unit arrived and was installed. When Eddie O. and his crew arrived they were prompt and efficient. Starting immediately and keeping me informed of their progress. Completed the install several hours ahead of schedule and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!!!
