  Bill D. Is THE MAN!!! OUTSTANDING job by this gentleman! Very professional, walked me through all the concerns/issues found, and what was the corrective action. Once repairs were made, I was shown the problem, and Bill was spot on!! He had to get a few parts, came back and inspected some other repairs. The repairs were done correctly, however Bill took the time to make it look better, fix a few things he could of left and I never would of known were slightly off, and just took that extra step making sure it was Right!! Huge kudos to you Bill! Total Rockstar I’m my book!!! THANK YOU SS Inc Team! Eric Dober, VERY happy customer!! 🤘

  Needed multiple/various plumbing issues: toilet repair, sink(s) water connection repairs etc. while I was upset with the last minute cancellation of our initial service appointment date, we agreed to another date 2 days later. JR C from Service Specialties Inc showed up at 0740 (0730-0800) window. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and hard working. He fixed all of our plumbing issues! We couldn’t be happier with the plumbing service he provided.; 5 stars for JR!!

  I paid Service Specialties Inc. to flush out my water tank to get rid of the loose sediments that are making “popping” sounds when it heats up water. They came and did 1 flush but the popping sound remained. They told me there is nothing else they can do unless I install a water filtration system and left without anymore attempts. While I may agree that a filtration system may be needed, but that doesn’t solve my current problem. The previous service provider I used flushed my tank until all the loose sediments are out. It took a few flushes but they were determined to resolve the issue before they left. I will be going back to the previous service provider, even if I need a filtration system.

  My a/c stopped cooling - thankfully SSI got Bill out to me within two hours of calling. He quickly found the issue and fixed it (thank goodness!). More than that, though-- I had shared that the noise from my unit was very loud and annoying. I had grown accustomed to dealing with it because no one had been able to really get rid of it - reduce it, yes, but no luck in getting rid of it. While he was here and waiting for the unit to cool so he could finish his work, he took a look at the offending vent and after a bit of tinkering, he actually found a way to fix it! I'm so grateful for the quick service but this one helps my sanity.

  The expert service Mike provided today was refreshing. He arrived on time and I showed him the plumbing issue. He cut open the dry wall in the first floor living room that was damaged due to a water leak in the second floor guest bathroom. After opening the drywall, he confirmed the leak was not in the plumbing pipes. He trouble shot the bathtub facet and confirmed the facet was the problem. He provided two options to resolve this problem and we agreed on the same solution. He went to the basement to turn off the water and discovered a small leak in the shutoff valve. He assessed the labor and material for both jobs and provided them to me. I accepted both. He installed the facet and showerhead kit I purchased eight years ago. I did not install it because I knew it was beyond my DIY plumbing skill set. He replaced the shutoff valve and we tested the system. He identified a small leak in the existing pressure relief valve and resolved that problem. All that was excellent craftsmanship. What impressed me most was his persistent approach to making sure all the systems worked. If he doesn’t identify the leak in the basement, I would eventually have to deal with a flooded basement. Mike is the ultimate example of a professional and we were blessed that he resolved our plumbing problems, the one we knew and the one we did not know! Very kind regards, Rick & Dawn Lauber
