  Mr.Fernando Gracia is very professional and polite. He detected where was water dripping at basement from toilet upper floor and fixed problems perfectly, also explained the benefits to customer to join SSI members to save the cost in the future when needed. It’s very few employees being genuinely loyalty like technician Fernando Garcia to company. Thanks to him and company he’s working for.

  Brian provided outstanding service. He arrived between the specified times, was professional and courteous from the moment he arrived and took the time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC system. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.. What I appreciated the most was that he informed me about the services and maintenance options available without any pressure or sales tactics. He simply presented the information honestly and let me make my own decision. It's refreshing to work with a technician who is knowledgeable, respectful, and generally focused on providing excellent customer service. Brian is a great representative of Service Specialties and I would not hesitate to recommend both him and the company to anyone in need of HVAC service

  Bill W came by for what we thought would only be an estimate for a dehumidifier removal, but he was able to do our whole job (which even required a supply run) within about an hour and a half. Super efficient! Other HVAC companies seem to make you wait for tons of logistics and long busy schedules. Bill gave us tons of helpful info on the way the system works and things for us to look out for. He clearly knew his stuff. Thanks!

  Tod is always thorough with the work he does and is a knowledgeable person to help with problems. We appreciate his service in our home. Ben did a wonderful job changing plumbing valves and a leaky toilet. He gave us great advice on purchasing a Halo system for filtering our water, helped us order parts for a Moen leaky kitchen faucet, and brought to our attention, a water tank that could potentially be a problem because of discontinued supplies in the near future. Extremely helpful, in every sense of the word. Thank You 😊!
